Mas sempre que pretender ir até a loja, não deixe de entrar em contato com eles antes, pois o horário não é muito fixo. Eles dizem estar abertos até às 19h mas fazem pausas, e pode ser que você faça viagem a toa. Eu fui, cheguei e a loja estava fechada; mandei mensagem perguntando que horas reabririam ou se reabririam; leram minha mensagem e simplesmente ignoraram. Fiquei ainda na frente da loja, esperando por uns 20 minutos. Não me responderam até hoje. Perderam um cliente.
It is an incredible store for notebook lovers. The attendants are friendly. But whenever you want to go to the store, be sure to contact them first, as the schedule is not very fixed. They say they are open until 7:00 pm but they take breaks, and you may take a trip for nothing. I went, arrived and the store was closed; I sent a message asking what time they would reopen or reopen; they read my message and just ignored it. I was still in front of the store, waiting for about 20 minutes. They haven't answered me until today. They lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me programei para passar na loja física para comprar um presente hoje e cheguei as 13:30, dentro do horário de funcionamento da loja. O gradil estava abaixado com uma pequena fresta no chão. Toquei algumas vezes e bati no portão, mas não responderam. Insisti e finalmente uma voz masculina apareceu. Perguntei se não iam abrir a loja e ele respondeu que em 20 minutos. Disse que tinha me programado e estava lá por conta do horário divulgado e ele disse que eu não precisava voltar se eu não quisesse. Gente estúpida, mal educada e pouco profissional. Fora a covardia de ser grosseiro escondido né. De fato, não piso mais.
I scheduled myself to stop by the physical store to buy a gift today and arrived at 1:30 pm, within the store's opening hours. The railing was lowered with a small crack in the floor. I rang a few times and knocked on the gate, but no response. I insisted and finally a male voice appeared. I asked if they weren't going to open the store and he replied that in 20 minutes. Said he had scheduled me and was there because of the posted time and he said I didn't have to come back if I didn't want to. Stupid, rude and unprofessional people. It was the cowardice of being rude in hiding, right? In fact, I don't step anymore.
