★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Protocolos de covid solicitam procurar a UBS mais próxima. Essa UBS demora mais de duas hrs para atender os pacientes. Não são duas hrs atendendo o paciente não. O atendimento com o medico ou enfercoçam, quando estão disponivel, não demora mais de 10 minutos. No restante do tempo eles coçam. Totalmente negligentes. Meu filho aguarda consulta com psicologo desde a 1 série e já esta entrando na terceira e nada. Fora que o povo gosta de passear por ai usando jaleco.
Covid protocols request to find the nearest UBS. This UBS takes more than two hours to assist patients. It is not two hours attending the patient. The attendance with the doctor or sick, when available, does not take more than 10 minutes. The rest of the time they itch. Totally negligent. My son has been waiting for a consultation with a psychologist since the 1st grade and is already entering the third grade and nothing. Besides, people like to walk around wearing a lab coat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar , os atendente nao estão nem ai , eles faz os pacientes espera atoa , quando vc vai ver eles estão batendo papo dentro da sala , descaso total .... Péssimo péssimo.
Terrible place, the attendants don't care, they make the patients wait for nothing, when you go to see they are chatting inside the room, total disregard .... Terrible terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,me deixaram o dia inteiro no posto com suspeita de covid 19,meu teste deu positivo,não me passaram medicamentos,e ainda me deixaram no meio de um monte de criança,senhoras que estavam lá pra tomar vacina,depois disseram para o meu esposo,que está com sintomas e teve contato comigo que estou infectada,disseram que ele teria que fazer o teste e só quando sair o resultado depois 4 dias,eles fariam um atestado para ele levar no serviço,ou seja nesse tempo ele pode infectar um monte de gente..
Irresponsáveis estão ajudando a contagiar pessoas em meio a essa pandemia.
Detalhe fiz o teste na segunda,liguei na sexta pra saber se estava pronto,aí a enfermeira passou o resultado positivo pelo telefone,e disse que eu teria só que ficar isolada em casa sem tomar nada,e se piorasse teria que ir pro hospital,sendo que eu estava com vários sintomas e me sentindo muito mal,então fui até o santa Marcelina onde o médico me informou que realmente não tem medicamento pra covid,mas tem sim medicação,para o alívio dos sintomas que a covid causa,a para combater a infecção...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto despreparado para demanda dos moradores da região! nunca tem médicos,(entram e saem logo em seguida)atendimento extremamente ineficaz...resumo: se depender desse posto nós morremos!! Se fizessem uma auditoria nesse lugar fecharia fácil fácil!!! Já trabalhei na UBS vila granada que é administrada pelo SAS SECONCI! E digo com grande autonomia de que lá sim o SUS funciona e os pacientes são tratados com respeito ou seja grupo Santa Marcelina ao menos nessa UBS Jd. bandeirantes nada funciona! nunca tem nada....
Irmãs Marcelina!! fechem as portas dessa unidade e dê mais dignidade para comunidade pois potencial e nome a instituição tem....o que falta mesmo é vergonha na cara e boa vontade para prestar um serviço digno.
