I came for breakfast, I arrived at 8 but the information is incorrect. They don't serve things from the kitchen until 9!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Cafeteria Santo Grão localizada no térreo do edifício UNE é sem dúvida um espaço muito legal para uma pausa da correria, um café, um lanche e até para trabalhar.
Está em uma área bastante arejada, ampla e de bela decoração. Possui diversas mesas, todas elas bastante espaçadas e com privacidade.
Para acessar a cafeteria é necessário passar pela portaria do edifício. O estacionamento pago do edifício é uma opção para quem vem de carro.
The Santo Grão Cafeteria located on the ground floor of the UNE building is undoubtedly a very cool space for a break from the rush, a coffee, a snack and even to work.
It is in a very airy, spacious and beautifully decorated area. It has several tables, all of them quite spaced and with privacy.
To access the cafeteria it is necessary to go through the building's concierge. The building's paid parking is an option for those arriving by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensando em arquitetura e espaço, considero uma das melhores unidades e possivelmente um dos melhores cafés para se trabalhar em SP. Além disso Pra mim quais são os pontos negativos:
1. equipe de forma geral é generosa e preocupada em atender bem, o que não significa que tem conseguido isso
2. falhas no processo como falta de produtos, lentidão (isso acontece com frequencia), qualidade abaixo do esperado quando pedido almoço executivo.
3. as mesas altas estão sempre ocupados por funcionários da Santo Grão
4. o acesso a cafeteria é chato porque vc precisa se identificar sempre na portaria.
Espero que os feedbacks possam ajudar.
Thinking about architecture and space, I consider it one of the best units and possibly one of the best cafes to work in SP. Also, what are the downsides for me:
1. the team in general is generous and concerned with serving well, which does not mean that it has achieved this
2. Process failures such as lack of products, slowness (this happens often), lower than expected quality when ordering executive lunch.
3. the high tables are always occupied by Santo Grão employees
4. access to the cafeteria is boring because you always need to identify yourself at the concierge.
