★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei por diversas vezes conversar e entrar em um acordo sobre reajuste do aluguel sem retorno que precisei falar diretamente com a proprietária e a mesma entendeu perfeitamente pois não tive aumento salarial e ,a casa tbm a umidade ,rachadura na parede e o valor estavayito irreal para a casa
I tried several times to talk and enter into an agreement about readjustment of the rent without return that I needed to talk directly with the owner and she understood perfectly because I had no salary increase and the house also had the humidity, crack in the wall and the value was unrealistic for the House
