★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi muito triste e desrespeitosa. A entrega do condomínio foi péssima, entregaram tudo sujo, corrimão das escadas estavam soltos, etc ... Sem contar no péssimo atendimento a nós clientes. Falta muita empatia da parte de vocês.
My experience was very sad and disrespectful. The delivery of the condominium was terrible, everything was dirty, the handrail on the stairs was loose, etc... Not to mention the poor service to us clients. There's a lot of empathy on your part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha visto uma casa na imobiliária Top Lar, informei ao corretor que iria fechar a locação, enviei toda a documentação exigida e depois me informaram que a casa tinha sido alugada. Simples assim!
Péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Não recomendo. Inclusive, a casa ainda consta como disponível no site.
I had seen a house at Top Lar real estate, I informed the realtor that I would close the lease, I sent all the required documentation and then I was informed that the house had been rented. That simple!
Terrible customer service. I do not recommend. The house is even listed as available on the website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corretor José Welito não compareceu e só horas depois disse "tive outros compromissos", ou seja, não tratou a minha visita ao imóvel como compromisso tbm. Tbm mentiu dizendo que chegou 11:35h e me esperou por 20 minutos, sendo que eu cheguei 11:35h e ele não apareceu.
Broker José Welito did not show up and only hours later said "I had other commitments", that is, he did not treat my visit to the property as a commitment as well. He also lied saying that he arrived at 11:35 am and waited for me for 20 minutes, and I arrived at 11:35 am and he didn't show up.

I had a wonderful experience with this real estate agency, too bad they don't have any houses here in the parish for rent, I would rent them again quickly

I got in touch and a realtor who answered me, answered unwillingly at the time of passing on information about an Apartment that was for sale, the ill will was clear on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar Ridículo... muita burocracia pra nada. Esperei mais de um mês uma resposta para virem cheios de desculpas. Não querem alugar não... Não dão valor às pessoas. Aluguei em outra imobiliária sem tanto mi mi mi e em menos de 15 dias já estava me mudando para o apartamento.
Ridiculous place... a lot of bureaucracy for nothing. I waited over a month for an answer to come full of apologies. They don't want to rent... They don't value people. I rented it at another real estate agency without so much mi mi mi and in less than 15 days I was already moving into the apartment.
