Você entra em contato com eles por todos os canais possíveis de contato, e o que deveria acontecer pois é um dos trabalhos de uma imobiliária, fazer a ligação do cliente com o imóvel NÃO ACONTECE por descaso e incompetência! Você praticamente implora por um retorno, parece que os corretores estão lá pra te fazer um favor, além da recepcionista que atende os telefones ser grossa e mal educada. PÉSSIMO!!!!!
 All the complaints below are true, if I could give ZERO I would give it.
You get in touch with them through all possible contact channels, and what should happen because it is one of the jobs of a real estate agency, connecting the client with the property DOESN'T HAPPEN out of negligence and incompetence! You practically beg for a return, it seems like the brokers are there to do you a favor, and the receptionist who answers the phones is rude and rude. TERRIBLE!!!!!

Terrible real estate, total disregard for customers, I negotiated with the mascot av but the documentation was generated by the Marajoara unit, now they are saying that the correction depends on the legal system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pena não ter lido os comentários aqui antes de fechar o contrato. Se tivesse a opção de zero estrelas, seria essa a selecionada. O atendimento com o corretor Marcelo foi excelente. Super atencioso. Até assinarmos o contrato,a gerente de locação foi super atenciosa, a vistoria foi feita e tínhamos 10 dias para recorrer com comentários. O imóvel estava com alguns problemas: vazamento na pia de um dos banheiros impossibilitando o uso, problema elétrico no quarto principal (a luz não acendia), entre outras coisas que foram enviadas por email em resposta a vistoria e solicitando a vinda de algum especialista ou oferecemos a opção de chamarmos e abater do aluguel. No dia seguinte ao email enviei um WhatsApp a Lúcia gerente de locação e a resposta recebida foi " faremos um adendo na vistoria". A simpatia e atenção foram embora. Todas as próximas interações com respostas secas e ríspidas, como se estivéssemos pedindo algum favor. Cobramos uma posição por vários dias (quase uma semana) até que conseguimos a solução. Mas não parou por aí. O imóvel estava com uma conta de luz atrasada de fevereiro, no valor de 30 reais. Recebemos o aviso de corte. Quando enviamos a primeira vez solicitando o pagamento, ela respondeu que tratava-se de um parcelamento. Meu esposo foi até a Enel e disseram que era uma pendência mesmo. Na terceira vez que enviamos para a Lúcia pedindo ajuda, a resposta foi: " Já pago". A educação só existe ali para atrair clientes, depois ela vai embora. Coisas simples, em que bastava a boa vontade de intermediar com os proprietários e já evitaria dores de cabeça e o estresse.
Temos um imóvel em que no início pensamos em colocar para alugar com eles. Mas depois dessa péssima experiência, procuraremos outra imobiliária.
Esperamos não ter mais nenhum problema para nunca mais ter que entrar em contato com esta senhora.
Too bad I didn't read the comments here before closing the contract. If you had the option of zero stars, that would be the one selected. The service with the broker Marcelo was excellent. Super attentive. Until we signed the contract, the location manager was super attentive, the inspection was done and we had 10 days to appeal with comments. The property had some problems: leak in the sink of one of the bathrooms making it impossible to use, electrical problem in the main room (the light did not turn on), among other things that were sent by email in response to the survey and requesting the arrival of a specialist we offer the option to call and deduct the rent. The day after the email, I sent a WhatsApp to Lúcia, the rental manager, and the reply received was "we will make an addendum to the survey". The friendliness and attention were gone. All the next interactions with dry and harsh responses, as if we were asking for a favor. We charge a position for several days (almost a week) until we get the solution. But it did not stop there. The property had a delayed electricity bill of February, in the amount of 30 reais. We received the cut notice. When we sent the first time requesting payment, she replied that it was an installment payment. My husband went to Enel and they said it was a pending issue. The third time we sent to Lúcia asking for help, the answer was: "I already paid". Education only exists to attract customers, then it goes away. Simple things, where the willingness to mediate with the owners was enough and would avoid headaches and stress.
We have a property that at the beginning we thought about renting with them. But after this bad experience, we will look for another real estate company.
We hope to have no more problems so that we never have to contact this lady again.

I did several deals with Scheid including today manages 2 of my locations. Trust, transparency and dedication of employees. I do recommend doing business with them as they have been in the same place for over 25 years and always with excellent service.

Deixaram a janela do meu imóvel aberta, adentraram por ela meliantes SEM QUALQUER SINAL DE ARROMBAMENTO, levaram as coisas que guarneciam e estavam na casa, notifiquei o corrido, não deram satisfação, não pediram desculpas. Eles alteram cláusulas contratuais que se você não ler acaba sendo induzido a erro, não há comunicação e como cereja do bolo hoje adentraram no imóvel sem autorização de uma vistoria de um contrato que sequer fora assinado. FUJA DESTA EMPRESA. São desorganizados, despreparados, amadores no que fazem, e agem de acordo com o que relatei com total má fé. NÃO RECOMENDO, JAMAIS RECOMENDAREI. E tomarei as providências cabíveis.
THE MOST UNPREPARED COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE MARKET. They left the window of my property open, crooks entered it WITHOUT ANY SIGN OF BREAK-IN, took the things that were garnished and were in the house, I notified the rush, they didn't give satisfaction, they didn't apologize. They change contractual clauses that if you don't read you end up being misled, there is no communication and as icing on the cake today they entered the property without authorization of an inspection of a contract that had not even been signed. ESCAPE THIS COMPANY. They are disorganized, unprepared, amateur in what they do, and act according to what I have reported in total bad faith. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. And I will take appropriate action.

Elas conduziram todo o processo de locação de forma exemplar. Visitamos vários imóveis e sempre com um olhar e uma opinião sincera era pontuada por ambas.

They conducted the entire leasing process in an exemplary manner. We visited several properties and always with a look and a sincere opinion was punctuated by both.
