★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, 12/08/2020, fui fazer um exame(ultrasom) na documenta araraquara, unidade da São Francisco. Meu horário foi marcado para 15:00horas, e me disseram para chegar 20 minutos antes e com a bexiga cheia. Cheguei no horário marcado e da maneira que foi pedido, porém fui atendida com 1 hora e 20 minutos de atraso e ainda porque reclamei muito não aguentava mais as dores.
Quando fui chamada pela enfermeira(creio eu que seja a enfermeira pois ajudava o medico anotando o que ele pedia durante o exame), falei que estava com muita dor pois o exame atrasou e ela com muita brutalidade me disse que meu horário era as 16 horas informação inverídicas. Nesse momento me senti ofendida e desrespeitada como paciente e como consumidora de um plano de saúde que se diz zelar pelo bom atendimento e contrata pessoas despreparadas profissionalmente e humanamente.
Enfim, estou indignada pela forma que fui tratada hoje e decepcionada com a falta de empatia das pessoas.
Today, 12/08/2020, I went to do an examination (ultrasound) in the documenta araraquara, unit of São Francisco. My time was set for 3:00 pm, and I was told to arrive 20 minutes early and with a full bladder. I arrived at the scheduled time and the way I was asked, but I was attended 1 hour and 20 minutes late and still because I complained a lot I couldn't take the pain anymore.
When I was called by the nurse (I believe I am the nurse because she helped the doctor by writing down what he asked for during the exam), I said I was in a lot of pain because the exam was delayed and she very brutally told me that my time was 4 pm untrue information. At that moment I felt offended and disrespected as a patient and as a consumer of a health plan that is said to ensure good care and hires people unprepared professionally and humanely.
Anyway, I am outraged by the way I was treated today and disappointed by people's lack of empathy.
