A equipe de enfermagem, o pessoal da Copa que prepara e distribui a comida, os seguranças... Todo mundo é muito gentil, com as eventuais excessões porque pessoas são pessoas.
Já passei por mais de 5 cirugias com meus pais aqui, raramente tive problemas.
Alguma coisa não está 100% entrega CSSJ e meu plano, mas esse é um assunto extenso e não faz sentido comentar aqui.
Verifiquem os convênios com cuidado, sempre, e isso vale para todos os hospitais e centros de exames.
The *Hospital* - NOT THE EMERGENCY! - has great service.
The nursing team, the Copa staff who prepare and distribute the food, the security guards... Everyone is very kind, with the occasional exceptions because people are people.
I've had more than 5 surgeries with my parents here, I've rarely had any problems.
Something isn't 100% delivering CSSJ and my plan, but this is a long subject and it makes no sense to comment here.
Check your insurance plans carefully, always, and that goes for all hospitals and exam centers.

The hospital excuses is that they don't run it. But they get the cash out of it, so come on!
