Mesmo com poucas linhas de Ônibus. 443 e 523 deixam no Viaduto do GRADIM. À Poucos metros do Estaleiro. Do Centro de Niterói essas linhas chegam lá em 12 min.
Não há Muito Comércio Próximo. E se Chover fica sem sinal na Internet.
