Inútil esse serviço.
O atendimento na loja é ótimo.
Mas o serviço de pedidos pelo telefones é péssimo!!! esqueçam. Lamentável!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a Drogaria que fica na Rua da Conceição ( em frente as barcas) no Centro de Niterói. Iria comprar um medicamento que fica nos corredores da drogaria ao levar ao caixa o mesmo me informou que o valor não era o mesmo que eu tinha visto no corredor. Ele educadamente foi comigo conferir. Nisso uma funcionária que arruma os medicamentos nos corredores já tinha colocado o valor em outro medicamento, o que eu peguei estava sem preço algum. E pasmem, ela disse (em tom grosseiro, que já havia mudado o preço a muito tempo e que o medicamento que eu peguei estava do outro lado,(e os outras caixas estavam ali, onde eu havia pego inicialmente).
Funcionária Dani (escutei o caixa a chamando assim), errar é humano mas não admitir o erro e ainda querer mentir na cara do cliente para não admitir o erro é no mínimo falta de caráter. Se não quer trabalhar da a vez pra quem queira.
Na hora fiquei tão chateada que só devolvi o remédio e saí, mas agora vejo o quanto essa pessoa foi desonesta! Na loja tem câmeras e deria bom o gerente ver o que realmente aconteceu pra que funcionários assim não voltem a praticar esse erro.
Com certeza NUNCA MAIS VOLTAREI A ESSA DROGARIA, não vai ser com meu dinheiro suado, não compactuo com atitudes desse tipo.
I went to the Drugstore that is on Rua da Conceição (in front of the boats) in the Center of Niterói. I was going to buy a medicine that is in the drugstore corridors when I took it to the cashier and he informed me that the amount was not the same as what I had seen in the corridor. He politely went with me to check. In this, an employee who arranges the medicines in the aisles had already put the value on another medicine, what I got was priceless. And amazingly, she said (crudely, that the price had changed a long time ago and that the medicine I took was on the other side, (and the other boxes were there, where I had initially taken them).
Employee Dani (I heard the cashier calling her that), making mistakes is human but not admitting the mistake and still wanting to lie in the customer's face so as not to admit the mistake is at least a lack of character. If you don't want to work the turn for those who want.
At the time I was so upset that I just returned the medicine and left, but now I see how dishonest this person was! In the store there are cameras and it would be nice for the manager to see what really happened so that employees like that do not practice this error again.
Certainly I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DRUG, it will not be with my hard-earned money, I do not agree with such attitudes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons preços e variedades, mas pecam quando o assunto é fila do caixa. As vezes a drogaria está cheia e só tem uma ou duas pessoas atendendo no caixa, e devagar pra piorar.
Good prices and varieties, but sin when it comes to the checkout line. Sometimes the drugstore is full and there are only one or two people at the cashier, and slowly to make matters worse.

We are never entitled to a discount. Some time ago it was the place with the best prices, now never-even registered- it has a discount. It's no longer worth going there like I used to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedido on-line ficou com Deus, só pode. Uma compra feita às 19h, não entregaram e não deram uma satisfação. Estou em outro estado e tive que comprar um remédio porque, em casa, estão doentes. Se fosse para esperar até o próximo dia eu não usaria essa forma péssima de entrega e falta de compromisso com o cliente. Podem apostar, com toda certeza, que alguém iria buscar o medicamento e não ficar refém desses péssimos “profissionais”!
Online order stayed with God, only can. A purchase made at 7pm, they did not deliver and did not give a satisfaction. I'm in another state and I had to buy medicine because they're sick at home. If I had to wait until the next day I wouldn't use this terrible form of delivery and lack of commitment to the client. You can bet, for sure, that someone would get the medicine and not be held hostage by these terrible “professionals”!
