★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Essa Venâncio da Visconde do Rio Branco costuma discriminar os clientes. Como se não bastasse o atendimento horrível, realizado por pessoas completamente despreparadas, discriminam quem não se enquadra em seus "padrões" imaginários. Não recomendo a ninguém esse estabelecimento que mais parece uma associação neo-nazista.
Terrible attendance. This Venâncio from Visconde do Rio Branco usually discriminates against customers. As if the horrible service provided by people who were completely unprepared is not enough, they discriminate against those who do not fit their imaginary "standards". I do not recommend this establishment that looks more like a neo-Nazi association to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que vou sou muito bem atendido mas dessa vez ontem(05/03/20) ás 17:00 tive a falta de sorte de ser atendido por uma atendente com o crachá virado, mais preocupada com o papo com as colegas de trabalho do que com o cliente (eu) e eu que estava com uma lista grande de remédios tive que ir embora pelo péssimo atendimento.
Every time I go I am very well attended but this time yesterday (05/03/20) at 17:00 I was unlucky to be attended by an attendant with the badge turned, more concerned with the conversation with co-workers than with the client (me) and me, who had a long list of medicines, I had to leave because of the terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja fixa atendimento e preço de primeira, por telefone tudo se complica, fiquei uns 20 minutos esperando e não fui atendido, só para perguntar se entregam em casa e fazer meu pedido. Desisti.
Fixed store service and first rate, over the phone everything gets complicated, I was about 20 minutes waiting and I was not answered, just to ask if they deliver at home and place my order. I gave up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento às vendas feitas pela Internet ruim... Tive de esperar mais de 30 minutos pra que alguém pudesse pegar meu pedido. Sem contar que não são flexíveis para se liberar para que um terceiro possa apanhar o produto.
Bad Internet sales service... I had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to take my order. Not to mention that they are not flexible to release themselves so that a third party can pick up the product.
