Péssimo.
Old installations and the professional who attended me, left me on a stretcher with a warm blanket for half an hour and then, just exercise for me to do at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar ridículo já na largada. Atendentes te atendem te largam na ligação e não voltam mais. Isso quando atendem. Responsáveis, atenção à entrada, pois com esse time de vocês tá bem difícil. E lendo os demais depoimentos talvez tenha sido melhor nem terem atendido.
Ridiculous place at the start. Attendants answering you drop you on the call and don't come back. That's when they answer. Responsible, pay attention to the entrance, because with this team of yours it's very difficult. And reading the other testimonies, maybe it was better not to have answered.

Passei por consulta em novembro/20 com o médico Marcelo Araf, que diagnosticou Rizartrose na mão direita, com indicação cirurgica.
Embora meu plano de saude oferecesse boas opções de hospital (São Luiz, Osvaldo Cruz..) ele disse preferir um tal de Hospital da Luz, do qual nunca ouvi falar. Assim mesmo, depositei confiança nele e aceitei.
Cirurgia marcada para Junho de 2021, as 15:00Hs, fui orientado a me apresentar as 13:00hs com 8hs de jejum, é assim foi feito.
Depois de, devidamente trocado, avaliado pelo anestesista, as 15:10 chegou o médico. Eu estava com um pequeno ferimento no dedo do pé, coberto por uma gaze. Ele olhou, e disse que nao iría fazer a cirurgia, pois eu era diabetico e seria arriscado, risco este, que foi descartado no dia seguinte, quando me consultei com um cirurgiao vascular. Em Julho, liguei para a clínica, informando que estava OK, para a cirurgia. A atendente Maria, otima profissional, disse que falaría com o Marcelo Araf e quando fosse possivel, agendaria.
Día 15 de Setembro, ligaram da clínica avisando que a cirurgia havia sido remarcada para 21/09, mesmo horario e procedimentos do anterior.
Novamente, eu pronto para a cirurgia, avaliado, avental, jejum.
O médico chegou na sala do pré operatorio aproximadamente 15:20, disse que iría se trocar e mandaría me encaminar para a sala cirurgica. As 16:00hs, eu, diabetico, em jejum de quase 9 horas, avisei a enfermeira que estava indisposto, com mal estar. Ela chamou o médico, Marcelo, que depois de 10 minutos apareceu na sala perguntando o que acontecía. Ele teve o descaramento de dizer que anda tinha 2 cirurgias antes da minha e que nao havia anestesista e nem sala cirurgica disponivel. Talvez, após as 18:00, anda falou que minha cirurgia era encaixe , sendo que, por nenhum momento eu liguei pedindo brevidade. Um absurdo, falta total de profissionalismo. Estou entrando em contato com a Amil, para que fiquem cientes do oocorrido.

I had a consultation in November/20 with the doctor Marcelo Araf, who diagnosed Rizarthrosis in the right hand, with surgical indication.
Although my health plan offered good hospital options (São Luiz, Osvaldo Cruz...) he said he preferred a Hospital da Luz, which I had never heard of. Even so, I put my trust in him and accepted.
Surgery scheduled for June 2021, at 15:00 pm, I was instructed to present myself at 13:00 pm with 8 hours of fasting, that's how it was done.
After being properly changed, evaluated by the anesthesiologist, at 15:10 the doctor arrived. I had a small wound on my toe, covered with gauze. He looked, and said that he would not have the surgery, because I was diabetic and it would be risky, a risk that was discarded the next day, when I consulted with a vascular surgeon. In July, I called the clinic, informing them that I was OK, for the surgery. The attendant Maria, a great professional, said she would speak with Marcelo Araf and, when possible, would schedule an appointment.
On September 15th, they called from the clinic saying that the surgery had been rescheduled for 09/21, same time and procedures as the previous one.
Again, I ready for surgery, assessed, apron, fasting.
The doctor arrived in the pre-op room at approximately 15:20, said he would change and send me to the operating room. At 4:00 pm, I, a diabetic, fasting for almost 9 hours, told the nurse that I was indisposed, feeling ill. She called the doctor, Marcelo, who after 10 minutes appeared in the room asking what was happening. He had the nerve to say that he had 2 surgeries before mine and that there was no anesthesiologist and no operating room available. Maybe, after 18:00, he said that my surgery was a fitting, and I never called asking for a short time. Absolutely unprofessional. I'm contacting Amil, so that they are aware of what happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia pessoal, precisa de um atendimento urgente e tive a sorte de consegui um horário no mesmo dia com Dr Jorge,
na minha opinião ele poderia ser menos grosso, afinal somos pacientes e não médicos se não não precisaria dos serviços dele, o atendimento não foi ruim só a grosseria do médico sim, talvez ele não estava em um bom dia. Em relação ao local realmente precisa de uma reforma urgenteeee é bemmmm feio desde a faxada cOmo a parte interna.
