★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good:
Good staff and room standards (king bed, pillows, shower), excellent breakfast, and a regular TV channel selection (although it's a small TV).
Bad:
Really poor Internet services (free slow service, or paid "by device" internet service, but even the paid one is poor quality and slow - also it was unavailable for a day, and they charged me). Frequently you will face long checkout lines, and the staff ignores the Melia Program Platinum benefits: they keep you waiting on the priority line for check-in /check-out (calling only people on the standard line) and they charge you the Internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic hotel which offers everything one needs, including a functioning gym and sauna (the temperature could be higher). Insider's tip: Pick the room on the 8th floor or higher for a great view of São Paulo's Brooklyn. Worth highlighting that despite the hotel belonging to Tryp's chain of hotels, one can only get loyalty points by booking with Meliã (it somehow belongs to Meliã network).
Breakfast needs an update. The scrambled eggs are disgusting, mixed with milk, and the coffee ain't no fresh. Also, jacuzzi didn't work at the time I was at the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice travellers/business hotel. Well operated and maintained. No iron in the rooms, which is a downside for business travellers. Breakfast is included and is ok as well.
Location is kind of a business area, so notbmuch to do beside outside the hotel.
In checkout time (morning) only 1 person was on front desk what cteated a line, could be better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very good: good and new gym equipment, nice sauna and clean rooms. The restaurant has a nice menu or you can try the buffet. However, the front desk personnel must be retrained for guest service. I need a doctor and had to trust the street taxi driver to find a clinic. Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That's the classic old hotel with outdated infrastructure and politics.
Paid internet and 200 usd bucks as consuptiom pre payment are some.
When it comes to sleeping needs, not so bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were decent, reception was a bit confusing which lines were open and over crowded dealing with food deliveries instead of customer queries. Pool and gym was decent. Breakfast was over crowded not much hygiene standards were enforced or followed. Overall a satisfactory stay.
