★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this hotel. Booked a room and was given a handicapped room next to a night club only to be charged 150 more for moving rooms.
The front desk staff tried blaming Expedia. Front desk staff basically scammed us and attempted to blame a third party. Will be filing refund with credit card company.
Internet is terrible, and the food selection is poor. Recommend the airport Marriott if you’re going to need to be near the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the Ibis Congonhas during a long layover between flights and because our second flight was departing from Congonhas.
It was a pleasant stay on a comfortable and quiet hotel.
They have a well catered restaurant and bar and are literally 10 minutes walk from room to check-in desk at Congonhas Airport through a footbridge.
Staff is helpful and pleasant and it is easy to get a taxi, UBER or even a bus somewhere in Sao Paulo if you have time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won’t recommend it , chiefly to flight crew or family with children, they have pubs with parties near by and the sound are so loud that is impossible to sleep (party ends at 4AM).
If you are looking for rest, definitely this is not the place to stay. Breakfast also is never included to the staying fee. I won’t recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not well maintained room. Windows can't be opened. Toilet seat was broken when we arrived.
The airport is very close but the breakfast was so bland you could say it they took the airplane theme too far. Ceiling was so dirty I even noticed (who looks at ceilings?)
It may be obvious, but the proximity to the airport comes at the price of your ears: Very noisy, even double glass can't take it.
At least the crew is nice. I pitty their souls and the amount of ear damage they take, be it by airplanes or by complaints

We stay one night and I pay extra 12€ for to suppose view of the airport which does not exist. Bathroom was dirty, furniture broken. The only good thing is the closeness of the airport.
