★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos eu e meu esposo, ambos idosos, levar um sapato para colar. Ao chegarmos a moça do balcão estava atendendo alguém, mas, não deu um boa tarde e nem disse que nos atenderia depois. Após uns 5 minutos esperando em pé ela finalmente perguntou o que era que queríamos. Ao dizer que era colar o sapato ela disse que estavam com grande demanda e só poderiam consertar depois do dia 26. Falei que sim, mas ela continuou atendendo a pessoa que estava lá. Apareceram mais duas funcionarias que nos ignoraram e uma delas chamou uma pessoa jovem que chegou depois de nós. Eu protestei e ela disse que ele ja estava ali. Não estava e mesmo que estivesse temos prioridade por idade. Fui embora e não voltarei lá. Falta de respeito aos idosos.
It was my husband and I, both elderly, to take a shoe to glue. When we arrived, the girl at the counter was helping someone, but she didn't say a good afternoon and didn't even say she would help us later. After about 5 minutes of standing and waiting she finally asked what we wanted. When I said that it was gluing the shoe, she said that they were in great demand and could only fix it after the 26th. I said yes, but she continued to attend to the person who was there. Two more employees appeared who ignored us and one of them called a young person who arrived after us. I protested and she said he was already there. It wasn't and even if it was, we have priority by age. I left and will not go back there. Lack of respect for the elderly.

My wife is a Fortaleza native and I am with her for her protection. I am legally blind, stood by, watched and listened. My wife is totally insulted by the treatment your counter people gave us. She already told her groups on WhatsApp and Facebook. There is a shoe repair business closer to us at Seis Bocas, we will go there when it is convenient.
