Inicialmente cortesia não existe.
Bom dia ! Boa noite! Palavras que não fazem parte do vocabulário.
Deixei um sapato para orçamento e possibilidade de trocar a fivela.
Quando liguei para perguntar se tinham conseguido a fivela.
Ja foi respondido tá pronto.
De início fiquei feliz pelo pronto atendimento e eficiência.
Quando fui buscar veio a surpresa.
Não foi trocada a fivela.
Foi feito sim colar a fivela quebrada no couro.
Serviço xulo.
Detalhe um tubo de cola teria saído mais barato.
Tiveram a coragem de cobrar 20 reais.
Não indico para ninguem esta unidade.
Ja fui atendido melhor em outras unidades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 08/02 por volta das 20hrs fui a loja com a minha namorada, pois ela tinha uma calça que precisava fazer a barra, quando chegamos a loja perguntamos quanto custava para fazer a barra e a atendente disse que custava 25 reais. Deixamos a calça para fazer a barra e depois de 50 minutos quando voltamos para efetuar o pagamento e retirar a calça para nossa surpresa a atendente disse que ficou 35 reais, um aumento de quase 50% do valor que ela informou, indignados perguntamos o porque que o valor aumentou tanto e ela disse que era por causa do modelo da calça, que era uma calça jeans flare! Tomem cuidado quando forem a esse estabelecimento, ao perguntar o valor de qualquer serviço, confirmem, pois na hora do pagamento eles podem cobrar outro valor!!!
On 8/8 around 8 pm I went to the store with my girlfriend, because she had a pair of pants that needed to make the hem, when we arrived at the store we asked how much it cost to make the hem and the attendant said it cost 25 reais. We left the pants to do the bar and after 50 minutes when we came back to make the payment and remove the pants to our surprise the attendant said that it was 35 reais, an increase of almost 50% of the amount she informed, indignant we asked why the value increased so much and she said it was because of the model of the pants, which was a flare jeans! Be careful when you go to this establishment, when asking for the value of any service, confirm, because at the time of payment they can charge another amount !!!

Sapataria was the biggest help on my friend's wedding day! They did an exceptional job in an emergency with the bride's dress on the wedding day! Just gratitude for these girls and the impeccable service ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O valor é alto e o serviço entregue, lastimavel. Deixei dois ternos para ajustar: corte torto na barra, manga cortada de forma errada, botoes desanlinhados, forro interno completame te solto. Nao recomendo. Ou melhor: recomendo que passem longe de lá!
The value is high and the service delivered is deplorable. I left two suits to adjust: crooked cut at the hem, sleeve cut the wrong way, sloppy buttons, inner lining completely loose. I do not recommend. Or better: I recommend that you go far away from there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, deixei quatro calças para fazer barra e uma calça de medida, quando fui buscar, duas delas estavam compridas ainda. Deixei as 2 novamente para arrumarem, e uma delas continuou errada. Trouxe a calça mesmo assim. O preço das quatro barras, foi R$ 140,00. A localização é excelente. O serviço é porco. É uma vergonha ter o nome "Bourbon" ligado a esta "dita" empresa, prestadora de serviço, infelizmente.
Bad service, I left four pants to make hem and a pair of pants, when I went to get, two of them were still long. I left the 2 again to fix, and one of them was still wrong. I brought the pants anyway. The price of the four bars was R$ 140.00. The location is great. The service is pork. It's a shame to have the name "Bourbon" attached to this "so-called" service provider, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperei um tempão na fila, me encaminharam pro vestiário, com a boa e velha cara feia de sempre, coloquei a roupa pra marcar a barra e as 3 senhoras que ali trabalhavam ficaram empurrando o meu serviço uma pra outra. No fim, nenhuma pode me atender. Só perdi tempo e fui mal tratada. Já fui cliente. Nunca mais.
I waited a long time in line, they sent me to the locker room, with the usual good old ugly face, I put on my clothes to check the bar and the 3 ladies who worked there were pushing my service to each other. In the end, none of them can answer me. I just wasted time and was treated badly. I was once a customer. Never.
