★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência. Não recomendo à ninguém! Se não quiser se irritar, não deixe nada pra consertar aí!!! Deixei 2 sapatos e 2 bolsas pra orçar o conserto. Me disse que no dia seguinte eu teria esse orçamento. Passam-se 3 dias e não me responde. Liguei na terça, me diz que o orçamento só na sexta. Aí passa o orçamento das 2 bolsas com o valor total. Envio mensagem e perguntei quanto era o conserto de cada, passou 1 dia e não me respondeu. Fui à loja pra buscar tudo porque já nesse ponto não senti confiança nele e tinha pressa pois preciso do conserto logo pois vou viajar. Me diz que levaram pra zona leste pra consertar. Me diz pra passar no dia seguinte. Digo que não posso e diz que vai mandar entregar. A pessoa veio entregar mas só entrega uma ??♀️ e diz que não sabe onde está a outra. Aí ligo e diz que ele deveria ter entregado as 2. Desligo. Me liga de novo e diz que está na loja. Ou seja, tenho que passar mais uma vez...!!! Total falta de comunicação e respeito pelo tempo e objetos dos outros!!!
I had a bad experience. I don't recommend it to anyone! If you don't want to get angry, don't leave anything to fix there!!! I left 2 shoes and 2 bags to budget for the repair. He told me that the next day I would have this budget. It's been 3 days and you don't respond. I called on Tuesday, tells me that the budget only on Friday. There goes the budget of the 2 grants with the total value. I sent a message and asked how much was the repair of each, 1 day passed and he didn't answer me. I went to the store to get everything because at that point I didn't feel confident in it and I was in a hurry because I need the repair soon because I'm traveling. Tell me they took it to the east side to fix it. Tell me to stop by the next day. I say I can't and he says he'll have it delivered. The person came to deliver but only delivers one ??♀️ and says he doesn't know where the other one is. Then I call and say he should have delivered at 2. I hang up. Call me again and say he's at the store. In other words, I have to go through one more time...!!! Total lack of communication and respect for the time and objects of others!!!
