O sapateiro é MUITO caprichoso, além de trocar solas e saltos, eu descobri (após levar vários sapatos lá) que ele pinta sapatos de couro na cor original do sapato, troca zíper e fechamentos de bolsas e sapatos, lava bolsas e sapatos, enfim, faz tudo pra que o que levarmos lá fique muito bem consertado. Após um ano morando perto deste sapateiro, fico muito feliz de ter achado alguém que trabalhe com este nível de cuidado por um preço justo. Recomendadíssimo!!

Serviço mal feito(descolou tudo), atendente mal educado e debochado. Não me reembolsou e não se importou com minha insatisfação e prejuízo. Comprei um tubo de cola na C&C(paguei menos que a metade que a sapataria me cobrou) e eu mesma fiz o serviço. Ficou ótimo.
Não indico esse lugar pra ninguém.
Só enganação e desrespeito!
* POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY *
Poor service (it took everything off), rude and debauched attendant. He didn't refund me and he didn't care about my dissatisfaction and loss. I bought a tube of glue at C&C (I paid less than half what the shoe shop charged me for) and I did the job myself. It looks great.
I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Only deception and disrespect!
