★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro e péssimo atendimento. Eu ia somente colar a sola de um pé de bota e só pra "avaliar" o sapateiro abriu mais ainda o bico. Na hora de dar o preço, queria cobrar R $ 50,00 , eu desisti e fui embora. Ps: ele foi grosseiro e queria me enfiar serviços extras dizendo que eram necessários (pintar,engraxar etc)

O sapateiro foi me atender simplesmente me deu um canhoto e falou que me ligaria passando o orçamento, não olhou o que eu tinha levado, o que eu precisava, virou as costas e entrou dentro da loja sem pegar meu nome nem meu telefone e nem uma caneta me deu para anotar. Depois de pedir duas vezes por uma caneta ele retornou. Deixou minha mala praticamente na rua, qualquer um poderia passar e levá-la. Quando eu expus minha preocupação, se ele não poderia guardá-la, ele não se mostrou interessado e voltou a me dar as costas... peguei minha mala e fui embora. Jamais deixaria lá, não tem porque eu pagar por um serviço de alguém que trata clientes com tanta má vontade e nem mostrou preocupação no que eu precisava.
Horrible service. The shoemaker went to answer me, he simply gave me a left-hander and said he would call me by going over the budget, he didn't look at what I had taken, what I needed, he turned his back and went inside the store without taking my name or my phone and not one pen gave me to write it down. After asking twice for a pen he returned. He left my suitcase practically on the street, anyone could pass by and take it. When I expressed my concern, if he couldn't keep it, he was not interested and turned his back on me ... I took my bag and left. I would never leave it there, there is no reason why I pay for a service from someone who treats customers with such ill will and did not even show concern for what I needed.

Deixei uma sandália para consertar na terça passada e ele me garantiu que no sábado estaria pronta. Liguei na quarta feira seguinte e ele me disse que estava pronta, quando cheguei ele nem sabia onde estava minha sandália, tive que ajudar a procurar, ele ainda interrompeu a busca para atender mais 2 pessoas que chegaram depois de mim, uma delas para fazer jogo do bicho.
Quando achamos a sandália, ela nem estava pronta e ele queria fazer um reparo naquela hora, às pressas.
Quando eu falei pra ele devolver o meu dinheiro, pois eu já tinha deixado pago, e que não queria mais o serviço porque ia ficar mal feito já que eu estava atrasada, ele simplesmente jogou minha sandália no chão e praticamente me xingou pq eu desisti do serviço.
Em um dos atendimentos que ele fez para a senhora que chegou depois de mim, ele simplesmente jogou cola na palmilha da sapatilha de qualquer jeito e entregou pra ela sem nem esperar a sola secar ou ver se tinha colado direito.
Péssimo serviço e péssimo atendimento.
Não recomendo.
Terrible attendance. Disorganized and rude.
I left a sandal to fix last Tuesday and he assured me that by Saturday it would be ready. I called the following Wednesday and he said he was ready, when I arrived he didn't even know where my sandal was, I had to help look for him, he even stopped the search to meet 2 more people who arrived after me, one of them to play a game of the animal.
When we found the sandal, it wasn't even ready and he wanted to make a repair at that time, in a hurry.
When I told him to return my money, as I had already paid, and I didn't want the service anymore because it was going to be badly done since I was late, he just threw my sandal on the floor and practically cursed me because I gave up on service.
In one of the visits he made to the lady who arrived after me, he simply threw glue on the insole of the sneaker anyway and handed it to her without even waiting for the sole to dry or see if it had stuck right.
Lousy service and lousy service.
I do not recommend.
