★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência Ruim! Decepcionada. Insatisfeita com o serviço, principalmente em bolsas. Deixei também calçados, estes foram entregues com um serviço regular. Não recomendo, o atendimento pós serviço/na retirada deixou muito a desejar. Rafael parecia sofrer de amnesia ou arrogância ou coisa pior pois atestava diálogos diferentes daqueles que eu e ele tivemos na avaliação dos mesmos itens! Infelizmente continuo a busca por um bom sapateiro, parecem em extinção!
Bad experience! Disappointed. Dissatisfied with the service, especially in handbags. I also left shoes, these were delivered with a regular service. I do not recommend it, the post-service / pick-up service left a lot to be desired. Rafael seemed to suffer from amnesia or arrogance or worse because it attested to dialogues different from those that he and I had when evaluating the same items! Unfortunately I continue to search for a good shoemaker, they seem to be endangered!
