Produto da marca própria sem uso.
Várias etiquetas com códigos colados na caixa .
Produto sem NF por se tratar de um presente .
Vamos às dificuldades.
Sou morador de Jacarepaguá e fui direto a site da empresa , vi que a loja mais perto era a do Barra shopping. Chegando lá A loja havia encerrado suas atividades. Porém o site ainda indica . Indo até a administração do Barra shopping, me orientaram a procurar a filial Via Park. Chegando lá encerrou sua atividades também.
Voltando ao site maravilha vim na data de hoje na filial Madureira shopping.
Fui muito bem atendido até o momento que sinalizei uma troca .
Me pedirão a NF, expliquei que se tratava de um presente e não tinha . Mais as vendedoras identificaram que se tratava de um produto da coleção atual , que certamente havia sido comprado a poucos dias . No entanto a loja que vendeu havia esquecido de carimbar a etiqueta da caixa e então eu não poderia trocar .
Pedi para falar com a gerente, para surpresa não estava .
Pedi para falar com a substituta , disse não ter autonomia para resolver .
Resumo :
Sentimento de revolta , loja despreparada que não respeita o consumidor. NUNCA MAIS COMPRO NA SAPATELLA .
Fiquem ligados , pode acontecer com vocês, vou guardar o sapato para matar baratas .
Lembre-se o site da SAPATELLA não serve para nada .
