★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento Péssimo ao telefone e pessoalmente uma senhora já muito grossa tal de Bernadete não sabe o que fala maltrata, sinceramente não indico pra mais ninguém eu era a primeira a indicar depois de muitos episódios chatos resolvi eu e minha família migrar para um outro consultório onde o atendimento é Cortez.
Poor service on the phone and personally a very thick lady, Bernadette, doesn't know what she talks about, I honestly don't tell anyone else I was the first to indicate after many boring episodes I decided to migrate to another office where my family and I service is Cortez.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de dez anos passando nas mãos de ortodontistas picaretas conheci através do convênio Bradesco a Clínica Saraiva onde meu primeiro contato foi com o Dr Jarbas que me indicou a dra Fatima que trabalha com uma equipe especializada e honesta.
Hoje com meu tratamento finalizado sou muito grata a todos que me atenderam em especial a dra Paula e dr Patrick.
PS: Para o tratamento de ortodontia eu paguei um valor fechado, não fiquei pagando infinitas manutenções, esse é o grande diferencial, além disso eles utilizam técnicas e aparelhos que não é qualquer um que usa.
Novamente muito obrigada Clínica Saraiva.

After ten years of being in the hands of picky orthodontists, I got to know Clínica Saraiva through the Bradesco agreement, where my first contact was with Dr Jarbas who referred me to Dr Fatima who works with a specialized and honest team.
Today, with my treatment completed, I am very grateful to everyone who cared for me, especially Dr Paula and Dr Patrick.
PS: For the orthodontic treatment I paid a fixed amount, I didn't pay infinite maintenance, this is the big difference, in addition they use techniques and devices that not everyone uses.
Once again, thank you very much Clínica Saraiva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta para avaliar um problema, solicitaram um exame completo e após o resultado do exame houve uma demora de quase 1 mês para remarcar uma consulta. Após isso, a consulta que foi marcada não era referente ao problema que havia relatado, estavam me empurrando para outra área além de me ofenderam dizendo "A parte estética o convênio não cobre, não adianta nem sonhar". Achei isso um absurdo, sendo que não sabem se tenho dinheiro ou não, e principalmente esse não ter sido o problema que buscava solucionar (o problema era uma bor no dente do siso)
Resumindo: Demora, falta de profissionalismo e preconceito
I made an appointment to evaluate a problem, they requested a complete exam and after the exam result there was a delay of almost 1 month to reschedule an appointment. After that, the consultation that was scheduled was not related to the problem that I had reported, they were pushing me to another area besides offending me by saying "The aesthetic part the agreement does not cover, it is neither good nor dream". I thought this was absurd, since they don't know if I have money or not, and mainly this was not the problem I was trying to solve (the problem was a wisdom tooth)
In short: Delay, lack of professionalism and prejudice
