Não me deram a opção de aguardar atendimento, sendo que dispus do meu tempo para ir até o consultório, e voltar pra trás.
Falta de comprometimento com o cliente e paciente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz tratamento de canal nessa clínica tive problemas entrei em contato e nada de me responder, acredito que por ser convênio né. Uma falta de respeito com as pessoas pois estão tratando de saúde.
I had root canal treatment at this clinic, I had problems, I got in touch and they didn't answer me, I believe because it's a health insurance, right. A lack of respect for people as they are taking care of health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico, não tem nenhum respeito pelo paciente, não tem nenhuma flexibilidade pra eles tanto faz o paciente passar ou não, e ainda que cobrar uma medicação sendo que o convênio cobre tudo.
Então eu não indico vou procurar outra clínica que pelo menos tenha um respeito pelo paciente.
I do not indicate, there is no respect for the patient, there is no flexibility for them, regardless of whether the patient passes or not, and even if they charge for a medication since the health insurance covers everything.
So I don't indicate I'm going to look for another clinic that at least has respect for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles são incríveis, passei por um canal com a doutora Luciana e ela simplesmente cuidou de mim! Nunca passei por um canal além de não ter doído nada, ela percebeu o quanto eu estava assustada e me acalmou me respeitou e tratou de me anestesiar da melhor forma. Eu tentei fazer esse mesmo canal em outra clínica e foi traumatizante! Podem ir sem medo, atendimento nota 1000! Os meninos da recepção tbm são uns amores. Agora até meu tratamento de ortodontia será com eles,
They are amazing, I went through a channel with Dr Luciana and she just took care of me! I never went through a canal and it didn't hurt at all, she realized how scared I was and calmed me down, respected me and tried to anesthetize me in the best way. I tried to do this same channel at another clinic and it was traumatizing! You can go without fear, service note 1000! The boys at the reception are also lovely. Now even my orthodontic treatment will be with them,
