Me venderam uma geladeira com defeito nas borrachas, ela nunca funcionou direito!
Veio duas vezes em casa dando migué, até hoje estou aguardando as borrachas que disseram que iriam trocar! Não me responde mais no WhatsApp!
NÃO RECOMENDO DE JEITO NENHUM!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Técnico super atencioso e educado, porém me cobraram 270 reais para trocar um sensor que custa 15,90 reais no próprio site da Electrolux, sei que tem a mão de obra mas será mesmo que o técnico ganha 250 reais a hora? Só estou registrando para que o próximo cliente já tenha isso em mente porque mudar não vai.
Super attentive and polite technician, but I was charged 270 reais to exchange a sensor that costs 15.90 reais on Electrolux's own website, I know it has the manpower but is it really that the technician earns 250 reais an hour? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chamei o técnico (alexandre) para arrumar minha geladeira que não estava congelando no freezer, o mesmo veio , falou que tinha que trocar o gás e trocar o filtro , então assim foi feito , porém ele comentou que tinha que trocar o sensor de temperatura e queria mi cobrar alem do gás o sensor , não quis que trocasse pois a geladeira estava normal e si o problema era o gás e o filtro ele ja tinha trocado . Porém a geladeira continuou sem congelar no freezer, entrei em contato no dia seguinte o técnico Alexandre voltou e trocou o sensor , porém a geladeira começou a gelar dimais, na parte de baixo congelava os alimentos mesmo no nível mais baixo , pesquisei e comprei outro sensor , eu mesmo troquei e percebi que o sensor que ele tinha colocado era um modelo diferente , ai sim a geladeira voltou a funcionar normalmente, me senti lesado , pois des do início o problema era o sensor de temperatura que estava ruim não o gás e o filtro da geladeira , porém pra trocar o sensor era 70 reais no máximo, e eu gastei 300 reais para trocar o gás e o filtro , fui lesado por isso estou deixando meu comentário para que ninguém mais seja enganado pela falta de profissionalismo dessa empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma geladeira com o Sr Joaquim, anunciada no Facebook, a mesma apresentou defeitos dentro da garantia, foi feito uma visita técnica na qual fui informada que era apenas o sensor, o técnico que veio até o local arrumou e funcionou por uns dias, e disse que qualquer problema poderia entrar em contato. Com passar dos dias apresentou o mesmo problema, entrei em contato várias vezes no whats vizualizavam a mensagem e não respondiam no telefone fixo marquei várias visitas que não aconteceram e nem se quer deram uma satisfação. Cheguei a chamar outros técnico pois não poderia ficar sem a geladeira, e para minha surpresa os 2 que vinheram de assistências diferentes me falaram a mesma coisa, que a geladeira estava toda adaptada, que a placa que estava sendo usada era de uma cervejeira, o motor na apprte de traz estava colocado de forma incorreta, o dispenser de água que fica na apprte de cima do motor era de uma geladeira Brastemp sendo que a que comprei com senhor Joaquim é uma Bosch, os fios na apprte de trás todos remendado assim como a tomada também é a mangueira que seria para dispensar a água da geladeira é uma mangueira de máquina de lavar.
Resumindo, os 2 técnicos de assistências diferentes que vinheram me falaram que infelizmente não poderiam me ajudar pois não sabem como ele fez essa gambiarra toda.
E para minha infelicidade tenho várias mensagens no whats de tentativas de contato onde ninguém responde e as ligação para o fixo onde dona Zilda deixou marcado visita e ninguém compareceu.
NÃO RECOMENDO OS SERVICOS MUITO MENOS OS ELETRODOMESTICOS VENDIDOS PELO ESTABELECIMENTO.
I bought a refrigerator with Mr Joaquim, announced on Facebook, it had defects within the warranty, a technical visit was made in which I was informed that it was just the sensor, the technician who came to the place fixed it and it worked for a few days, and said any problem could get in touch. As the days went by, he had the same problem, I got in touch several times on whats, they saw the message and they didn't answer on the landline. I even called other technicians because I couldn't do without the fridge, and to my surprise the 2 who came from different assistance told me the same thing, that the fridge was all adapted, that the plate being used was from a brewery, the engine in the back part was placed incorrectly, the water dispenser that is on the top part of the engine was from a Brastemp refrigerator and the one I bought with Mr. Joaquim is a Bosch, the wires in the back part were all patched as well the outlet is also the hose that would be to dispense water from the refrigerator is a washing machine hose.
In short, the 2 different assistance technicians who came told me that unfortunately they couldn't help me because they don't know how he did this whole gambiarra.
And for my misfortune I have several messages on whats of contact attempts where no one responds and the calls to the landline where Dona Zilda left an appointment and no one showed up.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICES, MUCH LESS THE APPLIANCES SOLD BY THE ESTABLISHMENT.
