★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA LOJA, PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO!!! NUNCA MAIS VÊ MEU DINHEIRO E NÃO INDICO PRA NINGUÉM!!! Comprei um violão no valor de R$ 1.400 quando o violão foi usado pela primeira vez em uma apresentação ao vivo, passei vergonha pois o violão estava com defeito na captação do som. Fui na loja 2 dias depois da compra e a gerente não estava pra me atender (eu liguei horas antes marcando) a funcionária se recusou a resolver meu problema. Voltei na loja no dia em que fui informada que a gerente estaria pra me atender, chsgando lá, ela não estava novamente. (Me fizeram de abestalhada) e a funcionária me disse que o fato de eu ter trocado as cordas do violão me fez perder a garantia dele. Resumo, vou entrar com uma ação judicial pelo direito com consumidor e também por danos morais por todo o transtorno que me fizeram passar.
BAD STORE, BAD SERVICE!!! NEVER SEE MY MONEY AGAIN AND I DON'T INDICATE IT TO ANYONE!!! I bought a guitar worth R$ 1,400 when the guitar was used for the first time in a live performance, I was ashamed because the guitar was defective in capturing the sound. I went to the store 2 days after the purchase and the manager was not there to assist me (I called hours before making an appointment) the employee refused to solve my problem. I went back to the store the day I was informed that the manager would be there to assist me, arriving there, she was not there again. (They made a fool of me) and the employee told me that the fact that I changed the guitar strings made me lose my warranty on it. Summary, I'm going to file a lawsuit for consumer rights and also for moral damages for all the inconvenience they put me through.
