★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma emergência com meu filhote de 50 dias, mas Graças a Deus tive um ótimo suporte por parte dos veterinários, equipe nova e cheia de gás e com paciência para explicar tudo para os donos ? Meu farofa teve que passar por uma cirurgia e esta se recuperando muito bem.. obgda por todo cuidado seguiremos cuidando dele com vocês, Parabéns Nichole,Thais, Fernanda, Mari, Isabela vocês foram demais.. ❤️❤️ Ele foi atendido no hospital 24hrs
I had an emergency with my 50-day-old puppy, but Thank God I had great support from the vets, a new team full of gas and with patience to explain everything to the owners ? My farofa had to undergo surgery and this one recovering very well.. thank you for all the care we will continue to take care of him with you, congratulations Nichole, Thais, Fernanda, Mari, Isabela you were awesome.. ❤️❤️ He was attended at the hospital 24 hrs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não levem o animalzinho de vocês nessa clínica, meu bebezinho faleceu e ninguém queria assumir a responsabilidade, não me deram informações concretas sobre o real estado do meu cachorrinho, mandaram ele pra casa para morrer, e quando fui questionar a clínica e o hospital ninguém soube me responder. Usaram a desculpa de não serem uma extensão da clínica, sendo que tem o mesmo nome. Deram alta para o meu cachorrinho mesmo ele estando apático, duas horas depois ele faleceu em casa.
Fui tratada super mal por todos os funcionários dessa clínica.
Don't take your pet to this clinic, my little baby died and no one wanted to take responsibility, they didn't give me concrete information about the real condition of my puppy, they sent him home to die, and when I went to question the clinic and the hospital nobody knew answer me. They used the excuse of not being an extension of the clinic, since it has the same name. They released my puppy even though he was apathetic, two hours later he died at home.
I was treated very badly by all the staff at this clinic.
