★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do Dr foi excelente, porém o banho foi péssimo, o rapaz que dá banho visivelmente não gosta do que faz, inclusive não queria me atender por um equívoco no meu agendamento por parte da recepção. O resultado foi uma experiência extremamente traumática para o meu filhote que entrou em pânico do início ao fim ( sendo que já foi tomar banho e pet e é sempre elogiado por ser calmo) fora que ficou todo torto a "tosa" feita. E além disso; quando registrei a reclamação por what, em seguida fui bloqueada. Sendo que em nenhum momento falei da clínica e sim de um único profissional. Porém a dona me bloqueou após se desculpar.
The Dr's service was excellent, but the bath was terrible, the guy who bathes visibly doesn't like what he does, he didn't even want to see me due to a mistake in my appointment by the reception. The result was an extremely traumatic experience for my puppy, who panicked from start to finish (he has already been bathing and pet and is always praised for being calm) and the "cutting" done was all askew. And beyond that; when I filed the complaint for what, then I was blocked. Since at no time I spoke about the clinic, but about a single professional. But the owner blocked me after apologizing.

We were pleased with the Hotel for Dogs service! Despite receiving 2 videos via WhatsApp, we miss cameras in the spaces and kennel, to monitor the dogs from a distance!

Tanto é que gostamos tanto deles que qdo eles mudaram o local da clínica ficamos até preocupados que eles não estariam mais por perto e ficamos super felizes que eles estão mais pertos ainda !!!????
Dr Rodrigo and Dr They are excellent professionals... They are very attentive and take very good care of the animals. We have 2 mutts that have always been very well attended! So much so that we like them so much that when they changed the clinic's location we were even worried that they wouldn't be around anymore and we were super happy that they are even closer!!!????
