★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Deixei para tosar o Shih Tzu da minha sobrinha as 14:00 para ser retirado as 16:00. Recebi um sms pedindo para retirar no horário combinado, porem quando cheguei no local fui informado que houve um engano que não estava pronto ainda. Fiquei de retirar após as 18:00. Porém quando cheguei as 18:10 eles estavam começando a tosar. Um descaso total com o cliente!! NÃO CUMPREM O QUE PROMETEM!!
Tive que vir embora e entregaram ele as 19:30!! Um descaso total com o coitadinho, chegou morrendo de sede e fome . Mais de 5 horas preso em uma gaiola!!
Too bad. I left my niece's Shih Tzu to be dressed at 2:00 p.m. to be taken off at 4:00 p.m. I received a sms asking to withdraw at the agreed time, but when I arrived at the place I was informed that there was a mistake that was not ready yet. I checked out after 6:00 PM. But by the time I got there at 6:10 pm they were starting to get a cough. A total neglect with the customer !! NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE!!
I had to leave and they delivered it at 7:30 p.m. !! A total neglect of the poor man, he arrived dying of thirst and hunger. More than 5 hours stuck in a cage !!

Engraçado que quando pagamos pra fazer hidratação, tosa e gastamos um bom dinheiro pra isso o cão é bem tratado, agora quando vc quer só o banho fazem de qualquer jeito. Nunca vi levar o cão pra tomar banho e voltar com um monte de nó. Ainda tem coragem de falar que não dá pra tirar. Por 30,00 reais está muito bem pago para o cachorro tomar um banho descente e ser escovado, é o mínimo. Agora se pagasse hidratação aí daria pra tirar os nós. Engraçado isso. Sem falar do mal tratamento, bem diferente quando pedimos pra fazer o serviço completo (banho, tosa, hidratação) chega querer pegar vc e o cachorro no colo juntos.
Disappointed with the bath. Funny that when we pay to do hydration, grooming and we spend good money for that the dog is well treated, now when you want only the bath they do it anyway. I've never seen the dog take a bath and come back with a lot of knots. You still have the courage to say that you can't get it out. For 30.00 reais it is very well paid for the dog to take a decent bath and to be brushed, it is the minimum. Now, if I paid for hydration, I would be able to remove the knots. It is funny. Not to mention the bad treatment, very different when we ask to do the full service (bath, grooming, hydration) you even want to catch you and the dog on your lap together.
