Fui, particularmente, muito bem atendido pela Ana Luiza e pelo Gabriel e esse detectou o problema do meu console em menos de 2 minutos, sem enrolação e com explicação detalhada. Sabe aquela sensação de estar sendo passado pra trás quando precisamos de suporte pra algo que não é do nosso conhecimento? pois é! isso INEXISTE na Savassi Games pq tudo é tão bem detalhado pela equipe que nos deixa completamente seguros da lisura do serviço. Enfim, que mais pessoas tomem ciência dessa loja e que o trabalho do staff permaneça irretocável! Obrigado à todos.
AWESOME differentiated service. The knowledge of the consoles by all of the team is impressive. I was particularly well attended by Ana Luiza and Gabriel and this one detected the problem with my console in less than 2 minutes, without fuss and with a detailed explanation. You know that feeling of being passed over when we need support for something we don't know about? so it is! this DOES NOT EXIST at Savassi Games because everything is so well detailed by the team that we are completely sure of the smoothness of the service. Anyway, that more people become aware of this store and that the work of the staff remains impeccable! Thank you all.

Excellent service, from the quick, kind and efficient service, to the speed in solving the problem of my PS4 Slim (wi-fi antenna problem, causing failures in the connectivity of the DS controller with the game) and delivery of the product, all in less than 2 days.
