★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, pela primeira vez, fui à loja do center norte, fui bem atendida enquanto escolhia as peças. Porém na hora de pagar, a vendedora ou a pessoa que estava no caixa retirou o valor promocional da peça (que eu vi ao experimentar) e quis me cobrar o valor normal.
Na hora eu falei que o valor correto havia sido retirado, pois inclusive o resíduo do papel colado estava na etiqueta. A pessoa do caixa falou em tom grosseiro, parecia que estava me fazendo um favor , e disse que se eu levasse pelo valor que estava, eu não teria direito a troca.
Eu só não deixei as peças ali, pois eu não sabia se a vendedora ou essa pessoa do caixa que havia feito isso. E caso não fosse a vendedora, não queria q perdesse a venda.
Fica minha experiência como exemplo para os demais consumidores. Muito cuidado se quiser comprar algo aí.
Today, for the first time, I went to the store in the center north, I was well attended while choosing the pieces. However, when paying, the seller or the person who was at the cashier removed the promotional value of the piece (which I saw when trying it out) and wanted to charge me the normal amount.
At the time I said that the correct amount had been removed, as even the residue of the glued paper was on the label. The cashier spoke rudely, sounded like he was doing me a favor, and said that if I took it for what it was, I wouldn't have the right to exchange.
I just didn't leave the parts there, because I didn't know if the salesperson or this cashier had done it. And if I wasn't the seller, I didn't want to miss the sale.
My experience remains as an example for other consumers. Be very careful if you want to buy something there.
