★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei o projeto para um quarto numa representante da empresa aqui em Uberlândia (Casa Palco) no dia 20/02/20. Já terminei de pagar e ainda não tenho o produto comprado, o que tenho é um quarto inutilizado, com peças amontoadas e caixas na sala e em outro cômodo.
Resumindo, após CINCO MESES de espera a loja não consegue finalizar a montagem dos móveis alegando que estão faltando algumas partes e a fábrica alega que enviou (resposta do último dia 17), mas não receberam.
É muito amadorismo, a empresa não sabe o que envia e a loja aqui não sabe o que recebe. Espero que resolvam meu problema e consigam profissionalizar sua gestão e sobrevivam no mercado, porque o produto tem qualidade.
I closed the project for a room at a company representative here in Uberlândia (Casa Palco) on 20/02/20. I've finished paying and I still don't have the product purchased, what I have is an unused room, with heaped pieces and boxes in the living room and in another room.
In short, after FIVE MONTHS of waiting, the store is unable to finalize the assembly of the furniture claiming that some parts are missing and the factory claims that it sent it (reply from the last 17th), but did not receive it.
It is very amateurish, the company does not know what it sends and the store here does not know what it receives. I hope they solve my problem and manage to professionalize their management and survive in the market, because the product has quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estavamos fazendo alguns orçamentos com outras empresas para termos uma noção de preço mas queríamos comprar os moveis com esta,entretanto, a vendedora simplesmente não quis nos atender no último dia do mês,pois ainda estavamos cotando e ela era comissionada e tinha clientes para fechar no mesmo dia. Resumindo, não queria perder tempo conosco. Fui para loja concorrente Italinea e comprei todos os móveis da minha casa lá. Diga-se de passagem, recebi um atendimento sem igual.Nunca mais volto nessa loja.

In short, I didn't want to waste time with us. I went to a competing Italinea store and bought all the furniture in my house there. Tell me in passing, I received unparalleled service. I will never return to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não me atendem mais ,pessima experiencia , nao entregou todos os moveis , ja recebeu a vista , nao montou os moveis entregues , nao comprem nessa empresa . minha obra fica no bairro sagrada familia e caso nao montem e entregue tudo ate no final do ano irei para a justiça.
they don't serve me anymore, bad experience, didn't deliver all the furniture, already received the view, didn't assemble the delivered furniture, don't buy from this company. Enfim, não indico, tive muita dor de cabeça e decepção, comprei bem, paguei em dia e não acho que os móveis sejam lá essas coisas. Tanto que a decoração dos outros ambientes da minha casa fiz com outras empresas e fiquei muito satisfeita com o profissionalismo da projetista ( coisa que faltou na Schettino .
Pontuo aqui: Vai montar seu apto, casa, não vá a essa loja, caso contrário vc irá se arrepender, eu não ouvi quem falou para eu não ir e tive um estresse e decepção que não indico pra ninguém
