★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência, profissional não foi atencioso, no primeiro atendimento já se mostrou desinteressado, demorou 1semana para diagnosticar o problema do meu equipamento, depois de várias ligações, já que ele nunca fez uma ligação para mim, não responde redes sociais, não passa WhatsApp, no total fiz mais de 10 ligações e mensagens pelo Instagram ( não objetive respostas), em todas as ligações o profissional prometia que resolveria o problema em uma semana, ou dizia que as peças estavam a caminho, isso tudo durou quase 3 meses, as peças nunca chegaram, ou ele nunca pediu mesmo, disse que tentou resolver o problema mas não foi possível, depois de tudo isso fui buscar meu equipamento e fiz uma análise, onde parece que o mesmo nem se quer foi desmontado, infelizmente tive ótimas recomendações dele, porém provou ser o contrário, quando questionei o tempo, ele me disse que tinha muito serviço para entregar, ou seja ele ainda passou outros serviços na frente, isso que eu já estava 2 meses na espera, se pudesse daria meia estrela ,não indico nem para o pior inimigo.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience, professional was not attentive, in the first service he was already disinterested, it took 1 week to diagnose the problem of my equipment, after several calls, since he never made a call to me, he does not answer social networks, no passes WhatsApp, in total I made more than 10 calls and messages on Instagram (do not answer them), in all calls the professional promised that he would solve the problem in a week, or said that the pieces were on the way, this lasted almost 3 months , the parts never arrived, or he never asked, he said he tried to solve the problem but it was not possible, after all this I went to get my equipment and did an analysis, where it seems that it was not even dismantled, unfortunately I had great his recommendations, however it proved to be the opposite, when I questioned the time, he told me that he had a lot of service to deliver, that is, he still passed other services ahead, which I was already waiting for 2 months, if I could I would give half a star, I don't even recommend it to the worst enemy.
