★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência no contato por telefone, enormes atrasos na entrega dos pedidos sem justificativa (a prioridade era dada a clientes que fizeram serviços mais caros - isto foi literalmente dito por telefone), serviço ruim na instalação.
Poor telephone contact experience, huge delays in unjustified order delivery (priority was given to customers who did more expensive services - this was literally said over the phone), poor service at the facility.

A empresa tem um ótimo atendimento e trabalha dentro do prazo que promete. Já fiz vários serviços lá e realmente não tenho o que reclamar. Aprovo e recomendo pra todos que conheço.
Other than the experience of the comment below I have to highlight several positive points of the Santo Expedito Glazing. The company has a great service and works within the deadline it promises. I've done several services there and really have nothing to complain about. I approve and recommend it to everyone I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fiz negócios com a Vidraçaria Santo Expedito 3x, em 2014, 2015 e 2016, todas eu fiquei bem satisfeita. Atendimento tanto por telefone quanto da equipe de instalação sempre muito bom. São proativos e tem boa vontade de resolver problemas. Quanto a preço é a melhor dentro de Fortaleza.
I already did business with Vidraçaria Santo Expedito 3x, in 2014, 2015 and 2016, all I was very pleased. Service by phone and installation staff always very good. They are proactive and have a willingness to solve problems. As for price is the best inside Fortaleza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei uma prateleira na segunda e eles pediram que eu fosse buscar na quarta às 16h pq eles não mandavam entregar. No horário e dia marcados, a prateleira não estava pronta. Ficaram de entregar na quinta de manhã, depois quinta de tarde, depois sexta de manhã. Depois, ligaram dizendo que eu teria que ir buscar. Desisti da compra. Achei desrespeitoso. Felizmente, eles devolveram o valor pago sem burocracias, mas fica a chateação e o desgaste de ter feito viagens a toa pra loja. Não recomendo.
I ordered a shelf on Monday and they asked me to pick it up on Wednesday at 4 pm because they didn't order it. At the scheduled time and day, the shelf was not ready. They were delivered on Thursday morning, then Thursday afternoon, then Friday morning. Then they called saying I had to go get it. I gave up on the purchase. I found it disrespectful. Fortunately, they have returned the amount paid without red tape, but it is the annoyance and weariness of making trips to the store for nothing. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo que quem esteja pensando em contratar o serviço da Vidraçaria Santo Expedito fique atento e faça uma pesquisa antes de fechar qualquer negócio. Provavelmente você poderá encontrar um serviço e atendimento melhor com outra empresa. A Vidraçaria Santo Expedito não é de confiança e age de má-fé com seus clientes. Fiz o pedido de um grande trabalho na minha casa (com janelas, boxes e outras coisas) e fiquei muito decepcionado no final. Eles alegaram que o tipo de vidro que eu desejava não estava disponível e deram um prazo completamente absurdo para entrega (cerca de um mês), e mesmo assim atrasaram muito tal prazo. Queriam na verdade que eu esperasse praticamente o dobro do tempo (que já era praticamente inaceitável). Além da suposta falta de material (escrevo "suposta" pois na verdade o material não estava faltando!), eles queriam deixar o meu serviço para depois dando preferência a um trabalho maior para outro cliente - uma prioridade completamente arbitrária. Apenas depois de muita briga e muitas ligações eles fizeram a entrega. Fizeram a entrega mesmo alegando que não seria possível! Ou seja: os responsáveis agiram de má-fé e mentiram para mim. Em suma, fique atento, pois eles não são confiáveis.
I recommend that anyone considering hiring the service of Vidraçaria Santo Expedito be aware and do a research before closing any business. You will probably be able to find better service and care with another company. Vidraçaria Santo Expedito is not trustworthy and acts in bad faith with its customers. I ordered a great job at my house (with windows, boxes and stuff) and was very disappointed in the end. They claimed that the kind of glass I wanted was not available and they gave a completely absurd deadline for delivery (about a month), and yet they delayed that much. They actually wanted me to wait almost twice as long (which was practically unacceptable). In addition to the alleged lack of material (I write "supposed" because the material was not really missing!), They wanted to leave my service for later giving preference to a larger job for another client - a completely arbitrary priority. Only after a lot of fighting and a lot of calls did they deliver. They made the delivery even claiming that it would not be possible! In other words, those responsible acted in bad faith and lied to me. In short, be aware that they are not reliable.
