Foi feito as medidas quando o local não estava pronto de fato para receber a peça foi informado que após os acabamentos viria o funcionário refazer as medidas e para minha surpresa dias após já trouxeram a peça com as medidas erradas, não compareceram dentro do pz estabelecido vieram totalmente fora do pz para a instalação,a peça não coube no local como já era esperado, fui pedir satisfações fui super maltratada por um senhor chamado Afonso que acredito ser o dono. Enfim não indico
Lousy service. Measurements were made when the place was not actually ready to receive the piece it was informed that after the finishes the employee would come back to measure and to my surprise days after they had already brought the piece with the wrong measurements, they did not show up within the established pz they came totally out of the pz for the installation, the piece did not fit in the place as expected, I went to ask for satisfactions I was super mistreated by a gentleman named Afonso who I believe is the owner. Anyway do not indicate

Pior ainda é o pós venda. Vários meses tentando agendar visita pra corrigir o péssimo serviço e sempre desmarcavam ou simplesmente não apareciam. Por último vieram e não resolveram nada. Ficaram de voltar depois pq não tinha material pra reparo (sendo que a visita era só pra isso).
Não recomendo de forma alguma procurem alguém que saiba trabalhar e dar bom atendimento.
Poor service. You three were in trouble. Poorly sealed, creaking and with crooked hinges.
Even worse is after sales. Several months trying to schedule a visit to correct the terrible service and they always canceled or simply did not show up. Finally they came and did not solve anything. They were to come back afterwards because there was no material for repair (being that the visit was just for that).
In no way do I recommend looking for someone who knows how to work and give good service.
