Há 06 anos, quando comprei o meu primeiro veículo, com mais ou menos 20dias, foi resolvido.
Através do site da SEFAZ, perguntei aos diversos fazendários com quem eu mantive contato, se quer responderam, nenhum posicionamento profissional de um Órgão Público.
Não entendo como um Secretário da Secretaria da Fazenda de PE, ainda não percebeu essa deficiência.
Apesar de tudo isso, espero em Deus que, de alguma forma, em algum momento, tão logo, seja resolvido.
For almost eight months I have been trying to get the IPVA EXEMPTION from my new vehicle, as a disabled person, and I still haven't got it.
06 years ago, when I bought my first vehicle, with about 20 days old, it was solved.
Through the SEFAZ website, I asked the various farmers with whom I had contact, if they wanted to, for any professional positioning of a Public Agency.
I don't understand how a Secretary of the Finance Department of PE has not yet realized this deficiency.
Despite all this, I hope to God that somehow, at some point, so soon, it will be resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende as chamadas telefônicas nos números disponibilizados pela sefaz. E assim o consumidor não consegue resolver suas pendências e depois vem os júros e ainda ter que ouvir o funcionário lhe dizer que vc não cumpriu os prazos dado pelo governo.
No one answers phone calls on the numbers provided by sefaz. And so the consumer can not resolve their pending issues and then comes the interest and still have to hear the employee tell you that you did not meet the deadlines given by the government.

Estou com uma mercadoria retida , mesmo enviando com a nota fiscal , tento contato via telefone e é impossível, estou há uma semana conversando com robô no WhatsApp , e quando consigo ser atendida por esses atendentes mal educados e despreparados , em menos de 1 minuto encerram meu atendimento pela metade , sem dar solução ! PÉSSIMO É ELOGIO para vocês !
Your customer service is AWFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL! I have a merchandise withheld, even though I send it with the invoice, I try to contact via phone and it's impossible, I've been talking to a robot on WhatsApp for a week, and when I can be answered by these rude and unprepared attendants, they close in less than 1 minute My service was halfway through, no solution! TERRIBLE IS PRAISE for you!
