O telefone deles é só para enfeite pois não atendem as ligações, fazem a população de cachorro, o whatsapp para cadunico não funciona ou se trocaram o meio de cadastramento não foi divulgado, um verdadeiro descaso

How can a social assistance secretary who barely serves the population? Their phone is just for decoration because they don't answer the calls, they make the dog population, the whatsapp for cadunico doesn't work or if they changed the means of registration it wasn't disclosed, a real negligence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível , não te dão atenção ficam conversando com outro funcionário e te deixa esperando .Um dos atendentes ainda falou com o outro que só iria atender no máximo dez pessoas pois já era sexta feira.E não era obrigado .
Horrible service, they don't pay attention to you, they keep talking to another employee and keep you waiting. One of the attendants even spoke to the other that he would only see a maximum of ten people because it was already Friday.
