Isso é um absurdo! Péssimo, péssimo e péssimo!
Public agency with the worst care I've ever met. The receptionists are never on a “good morning”; No matter how much they call, at any time of day, they simply never answer: they have gone so far as to pick up the phone so that they can no longer call. This is absurd! Terrible, terrible and terrible!
