★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, ninguém sabe nada e não resolvi meu problema!!! Isso foi no setor q poderia me atender com uma declaração escolar do meu filho e não fizeram, pura preguiça, depois querem q o Brasil melhore, desta forma só vai piorar, vergonha!!!
 Bad service, nobody knows anything and I didn't solve my problem !!! This was in the sector that I could attend with a school statement from my son and they didn't do it, pure laziness, then they want Brazil to improve, this way it will only get worse, shame !!!

Cheguei 16h40, tendo saído mais cedo do trabalho exclusivamente para isso, e já estava fechado.
Na verdade o atendimento é ATÉ ÀS 16h, sendo que às quartas-feiras tem que agendar horário !!

Liguei 18 vezes no número (21)2719-6574 que é o contato da Secretaria Municipal da Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do município de Niterói-RJ e tocou até cair todas as vezes. Descaso total dessas desgraças de funcionários.
Totally unsatisfactory experience! Not even the slightest bit of charisma and respect from public officials towards the population that needs these services, these public agents have. I called 18 times at the number (21)2719-6574, which is the contact for the Municipal Department of Education, Science and Technology of the city of Niterói-RJ and it rang until it dropped every time. Total disregard for these employee misfortunes.
