★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhorou muito o atendimento, maior rapidez na marcação de consultas e dos exames, diminuindo o tempo para realização dos mesmos. Acredito que vai melhorar ainda mais, pois temos como Secretario de Saúde um Técnico (Gestor em Saúde) que além de preparado é realmente comprometido em realizar um trabalho digno em favor da população que na sua maioria é SUS dependente.
It greatly improved the service, faster registration of appointments and exams, reducing the time to perform them. I believe that it will improve even more, since we have as Secretary of Health a Technician (Health Manager) who, besides being prepared, is really committed to doing a decent job in favor of the population that is mostly SUS dependent.

Assim que digitamos o número, uma mensagem diz que é um atendimento digital e que após o sinal digitemos o ramal que desejamos ou aguarde. Como não sei o ramal do setor que desejo falar, esperei. Na primeira tentativa chamou, chamou e desligaram. Na segunda, ninguém atendeu. Porque atendimento publico não tem atendimento, informações e etc via telefone? Chato isso!
My experience when calling (21) 3639-2036, was not very good. As soon as we enter the number, a message says that it is a digital service and that after the tone we enter the extension we want or wait for. As I don't know the branch of the sector I want to talk about, I waited. On the first attempt he called, called and hung up. On Monday, no one answered. Why does public service not have assistance, information and etc. via phone? That sucks!

Atendimento do setor de ouvidoria pior ainda. Atendem a gente com má vontade, grosseria e não dão importância para o seu relato. Só anotam para se livrarem logo das pessoas. Uma vergonha.
