★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso de ajuda tenho de fazer uma cirurgia no ombro por causa de uma luxação pela qual estou aguardando a anos sem nenhuma previsão tenho o pedido , gostaria de uma atenção para o meu caso ,não tenho condições de fazer particular ,e isto tem me atrapalhado no meu trabalho várias vezes tive de ser socorrido para upa mais próxima com ombro deslocado
I need help I have to do shoulder surgery because of a dislocation for which I have been waiting for years without any forecast I have the request , I would like attention for my case , I am unable to do it privately , and this has hindered me in the my work several times I had to be rescued to the nearest upa with a dislocated shoulder

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS Itamaraty. O gerente e enfermeiros ( vacina e equipe branca) precisam tirar a vizeira que os impedem de avaliar as particularidades de cada usuario do servico daquela unidade. Os protocolos e fluxos servem para nortear acoes e facilitar as acoes de saude, mas o atendimento ao individuo e suas particularidades sao soberanos aos protocolos. Estou indignada.
CS Itamaraty. The manager and nurses (vaccination and white team) need to remove the viz that prevents them from evaluating the particularities of each user of that unit's service. Protocols and flows serve to guide actions and facilitate health actions, but care for the individual and its particularities are sovereign to the protocols. I'm outraged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1* porque não tem 0(Zero) . Posto saúde Teixeira Dias, fui trocar meu posto de atendimento, "recepção" mau educada, desrespeitosa, sai sem ser atendido. ACHO QUE ESSE PESSOAL PENSA QUE ESTAMOS PEDINDO FAVOR A ELES! NEGATIVO, SÃO FUNCIONÁRIOS Públicos PARA ATENDER AO PÚBLICO, SÃO PAGOS PRA ISTO E PELO PAGADOR DE IMPOSTOS, SOU UM DELES!! IDIOTAS QUE NÃO TEM UM MÍNIMO DE EDUCAÇÃO E ATENÇÃO!! MOÇA I D I O T A.

Dando sequência a minha busca por atendimento médico fui á UPA Barreiro 14/10/ 5a feira 7:00 (aprox) e fiquei surpreso com a eficiência e rapidez no atendimento: menos de 60 minutos já havia sido atendido. Parabéns á gestão e aos profissionais desta unidade!
1* because it does not have 0(Zero) . Teixeira Dias health center, I changed my service station, rude, disrespectful "reception", left unattended. I THINK THESE STAFF THINK WE ARE ASKING THEM A FAVOR! NEGATIVE, THEY ARE Public EMPLOYEES TO SERVE THE PUBLIC, ARE PAID FOR THIS AND BY THE TAX PAYER, I AM ONE OF THEM!! IDIOTS WHO DON'T HAVE A MINIMUM OF EDUCATION AND ATTENTION!! GIRL I D I O T A.

Continuing my search for medical care, I went to UPA Barreiro 10/14/Thursday 7:00 (approx) and I was surprised with the efficiency and speed of care: less than 60 minutes had already been seen. Congratulations to the management and professionals of this unit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há mais de 12 dias venho tentando entrar em contato telefônico com o Centro de Saúde Carlos Chagas (Regional Centro Sul). Já liguei pela manhã, a tarde centenas de vezes e ninguém atende. Confirmei os telefones na internet porque achei que não fossem os número para os quais estava ligando. Entrei em contato com o Distrito Sanitário Centro Sul e os telefones estavam corretos! Não é possível que ligações ininterruptas, realizadas em horários diferentes o tal centro de saúde não tenha ninguém que possa atender. UM VERDADEIRO ABSURDO!!!!!
I have been trying to get in touch with the Carlos Chagas Health Center (Regional Centro Sul) for over 12 days. I've called in the morning, in the afternoon hundreds of times and nobody answers. I checked the internet phones because I thought they weren't the numbers I was calling. I contacted the Centro Sul Sanitary District and the numbers were correct! It is not possible that uninterrupted calls, made at different times, the health center does not have anyone who can attend. A TRUE ABSURD!!!!!
