★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido afinal de contas estou dando lucro ao Município de Itaquaquecetuba, espero que a Prefeitura cuide bem das ruas, assim como zela do equipamentos de multa...afinal este dinheiro tem que ser investido em bias ruas e sinalizações perfeitas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma multa no radar da passagem subterrânea Eduardo Barbosa da Silva. Mesmo passando as 30km/h. Conheço muito bem o local pois moro ao lado e nunca iria exceder a velocidade acima de 40km/h. Pois é impossível, porque até a semana passada antes de recapear a via. O motorista tinha que passar muito devagar devido os buracos e irregularidades no asfalto, caso o condutor tentasse passar mais rápido. Quebraria a suspensão do carro. E o pior que não tem onde recorrer. Já vi vários condutores reclamando do mesmo e até uma reportagem na tv diário denunciando o mesmo e nada é resolvido.
Itaquaquecetuba é uma cidade sem lei. Levei 4 multas quase no mesmo horário por estacionar em faixa de pedestre. Porém no local não existe faixa de pedestre. Eu fui ao departamento do transporte para pedir o auto de infração, e me entregaram o boleto para pagar. Gostaria de saber do senhor secretário do transporte. Onde consigo o auto de infração?

Quando foi questionado, a respeito das AIT feita pelos agentes, que mesmo que o veículo estivesse cometendo infração a medida administrativa seria a recolha. Informou que ele tem 30 anos de serviços prestados no trânsito. E que se os agentes não tiver como fazer a recolha do veículo, que eles podem passar pelo locar e autuar o veículo de 15 em 15 minutos. Porém não é isso que diz as
resoluções do contran n° 371/10 e 561/15 que diz que por motivo operacional o veículo não puder ser removido. Poderá ser elaborado somente um AIT INDEPENDENTEMENTE DO TEMPO EM QUE O VEÍCULO PERMANECER NO LOCAL.
Portanto caso alguém saiba onde consigo a segunda via do auto de infração me informe por gentileza.
