Nothing gets resolved. Slow people. Slow service. There is no channel that can be solved, only in person. And in a pandemic this is inconceivable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imagem dessa primeira vez que busco esse serviço...estou há 3 dias tentando falar com os telefones informados e um deles, que peguei com o pessoal do IPTU no Center shopping, após uma maior insistência, a turma de servidores bacana, extraordinária, muito agradável e totalmente vinculada aos propósitos do cidadão fizeram a gentileza de colocarem o telefone 3392-0229 fora do gancho. Temos mesmo a prefeitura que merecemos, pois enquanto povos, somos tratados com desprezo, desdém e descompromisso. Parabéns aos Servidores da SMU da agência Tindiba por nos fazerem reféns desse nível de atendimento.
