★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei decepcionado c atendimento que recebi nesta loja pois me deparei c uma situação chata comprei um perfume que o cheiro é fraco e n igual ao que me mostraram quando colocaram naquele papel mas enfim até quem trabalha na loja reconheceu que o cheiro tava diferente n estava igual mas n me deram assistência devida o atendimento foi totalmente diferente do ato da compra por isso n o indico p ninguém n sei como pode ter uma loja no shopping e ser assim nem se tivesse comprado na banca na rua acho que teria esse respaudo precisam aprender a tratar cliente como merece n simplesmente falar se vira pois comprei de vcs n do fornecedor mas é esse o tratamento que dão fiquem espertos ao estrar nessa loja.
I was disappointed with the service I received at this store because I came across a boring situation, I bought a perfume that smells faint as it was when they put it on that paper, but even those who work at the store recognized that the smell was different but it wasn’t the same but n they gave me proper assistance the service was totally different from the act of buying so in the indication no one doesn’t know how you can have a store in the mall and be like that even if you had bought it in the street stall I think there would be this support you need to learn to treat customers as you deserve to simply talk if you turn around because I bought from you guys from the supplier but this is the treatment you get, be smart when you are in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico, minha esposa comprou um perfume e pagou 509,00 no dinheiro e quando passei não fixa o cheiro, retornamos a loja 4 dias depois e pedimos para que eles trocassem o perfume pelo mesmo modelo , mas que fixa na pele, pois estamos suspeitando que esse perfume não era de boa qualidade ou algo aconteceu na fragrância.
Mas eles não deram o atendimento e falaram pra nós ligar no 0800 da importadora e falassem diretamente com a importadora que em 30 dias eles dariam um comunicado pra nós.
Hammm ??? Mas eu comprei na loja e não na importadora. Quero usar meu perfume, compramos faz 4 dias e só não trocamos no dia seguinte por conta que o shopping estava fechado por conta da Pandemia .
Fui na delegacia, registrei um boletim de ocorrência, apreenderam o meu perfume pra fazer um teste de originalidade e já entrei com processo com meu advogado para que eles paguem e fora da fiscalização que terá no estabelecimento.
Já tem uma pessoa aqui nas classificação falando do mesmo problema com essa loja.
Como pode uma loja dessa ficar em shopping, tratando clientes bem na venda e na troca desprezar e querer transferir o problema pra nós .

Não , não ligamos e entramos em processo e agora somente perante a justiça teremos outra conversa , teria sido tudo mais fácil e menos gastos pra eles, mas infelizmente eles quiseram assim. Conheço os meus direitos .
E fora que eles ficaram o tempo todo debochando da cara minha e da minha esposa ( um rapaz ) ficava rindo da nossa cara, como se a gente tivesse pedido esmola.
E também ficaram se vangloriando que a dona era advogada e que ela sabe os direitos da loja .
Acho ótimo ... Assim ela podera se defender sem gastar muito com outro advogado .
Não indico essa loja, tomem cuidado ... Na venda vc é REI, na troca vc é o palhaço do Rei.

I think it's great ... So she can defend herself without spending a lot with another lawyer.
I do not recommend this store, be careful ... In the sale you are KING, in exchange you are the King's clown.
