★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roupas com preços altíssimos, as peças não compensam, isso minha opinião, fora que a funcionária pegou uma peça errada que eu deixei separada e me disseram que não faziam troca uma total falta de respeito com o consumidor POR LEI O CONSUMIDOR TEM DIREITO DE TROCA, um absurdo total falta de respeito, e isso vai adiante um absurdo esse negócio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro comprar no Segunda Chance. As peças são bem conservadas, limpas e os preços são justos. Local bem organizado além de muito cheiroso. Para vender as roupas acho que não compensa, o valor repassado é baixo. Mas pra comprar é excelente. Indico e já indiquei a algumas amigas.
I love shopping at Segunda Chance. Parts are well maintained, clean and prices are fair. Well organized place and very fragrant. To sell the clothes I don't think it pays, the amount transferred is low. But to buy it is excellent. I recommend it and I have already indicated it to some friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só elogios pra esse lugar, acho que metade do meu guarda-roupas é de lá. Tudo muito organizado, limpo e cheiroso. As peças são muito bem selecionadas, têm muita qualidade, são impecáveis, estilosas e exclusivas. Além de ser um custo benefício excelente, principalmente pra quem gosta de roupa com marca conhecida (tem várias lá com ótimo preço), o meio ambiente agradece o incentivo a moda circular que esse lugar proporciona. As meninas são muito atenciosas, sempre fui muito bem atendida! É um lugar que eu procurava há muito tempo e não largo mais!

Cheguei para avaliar minhas peças, talvez por chegar para a avaliação não recebi uma recepção de apresentação da loja. Me senti muito mal, eu tinha intenção de comprar enquanto minhas peças fossem avaliadas, pq queria renovar meu guarda roupa, mas pela frieza como fui tratada, com a mínima simpatia da vendedora não fiquei com vontade de ver nenhuma peça, afinal nem me ofereceu para ver nada.
Na hora que ela disse o valor das peças q foram avaliadas ela perguntou se eu gostaria de pegar em troca, sem dúvida respondi q não. Ela não fez a mínima questão em me mostrar nada. Eu nunca fui tão mal atendida, me senti muito humilhada. Precisam melhorar a recepção dos clientes, primeira e última vez q entro na loja. Eu tinha uma outra impressão pelas redes sociais.
I thought a lot about writing my experience, but maybe with it they can improve the service. I arrived to evaluate my pieces, maybe because I arrived for the evaluation I didn't receive a reception for the presentation of the store. I felt very bad, I had the intention of buying while my pieces were evaluated, because I wanted to renew my wardrobe, but because of the coldness in which I was treated, with the least sympathy from the seller, I didn't feel like seeing any of the pieces, after all, she didn't even offer me to see nothing.
When she said the value of the pieces that were evaluated, she asked if I would like to get them in return, I no doubt answered that no. She made no attempt to show me anything. I have never been so underserved, I felt so humiliated. They need to improve customer reception, the first and last time I enter the store. I had another impression on social media.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou contar minha experiência para que chegando às administradoras elas possam mudar essa política de troca ... pois bem comprei uma peça on line .... sabemos que esse brechó não é dos mais baratos .. mas comprei uma blusa que gostei e fiz o pix....fui retirar no dia seguinte e ao ver a blusa não me serviu o que foi uma grande pena .... e se recusaram a trocar por outra peça pois disseram que não fazem trocas .... absurdo isso pois se eu for no Procon sabemos que pela lei do consumidor temos até 7 dias pra devolver a peça se quiser...e eu só queria trocar por outra peça que me servisse ao menos pois quando vc tem loja que vende on line a pessoa comprou on line e não teve a oportunidade de experimentar .... absurdo meninas do segunda chance .. e vou fazer questão de comentar sim com todas as pessoas que conheço para que não passem por essa situação desagradável.. pq na hora de vender é só amor ... bastou falar em troca não aceitam .... pela lei posso sim trocar ou até devolver em até 7 dias !!! Se informem meninas ..perderam muitos pontos ..
