Colocaram a culpa nos correios e disseram que nós deveríamos ir até lá e retirar a mercadoria. Não recomendo! Independente de quem é a culpa, os RESPONSÁVEIS são os fornecedores e deveriam ser os primeiros a verificar e resolver o pq de a mercadoria não chegar no endereço do cliente. Não ficar colocando culpa no entregador e dizer que temos que sair buscar.
Realizei a compra no mesmo dia na loja Gogowear de um produto similar e chegou em uma semana.
I do not recommend. On the website it says that the orders are 7 working days, we wait more than 10 days and nothing. They blamed the post office and said we should go there and pick up the goods. I do not recommend! Regardless of who is at fault, the RESPONSIBLE are the suppliers and should be the first to check and resolve why the goods do not arrive at the customer's address. Don't blame the delivery guy and say we have to go get it.
I made the same day purchase at the Gogowear store for a similar product and it arrived within a week.
