★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não tem respeito pelo cliente, parece que estamos pedindo favor. Sem atenção, sem educação, não é capaz nem de dar boas vindas. Detestei, fui três vezes e não consegui ser atendido. Nunca vi nada igual nem pior.
 Bad service, no respect for the customer, it seems that we are asking for a favor. Without attention, without education, it is not even capable of welcoming. I hated it, went three times and couldn't be served. I've never seen anything like it or worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! Danificaram o painel do meu carro e falaram na minha cara que já estava daquele jeito mesmo eu provando através de foto.
Deixaram o acabamento da porta solto e também falaram que já estava daquele jeito, que não haviam mexido. Fora a sujeira de pó de plástico no interior do carro.
O próprio dono quis me convencer que os danos já existiam... é rir, mas de nervoso!
Desaconselho executar qualquer serviço nesta loja.
Terrible service! They damaged the dashboard of my car and said to my face that it was already like that, even though I was proving it through a photo.
They left the finish on the door loose and also said that it was already that way, that they hadn't moved. Outside the plastic dust grime inside the car.
The owner himself wanted to convince me that the damage already existed... it's laughter, but nervous!
I advise against performing any service in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, oferece gambiarra, serviço mal feito e péssimo atendimento ao cliente... se tivesse 0 estrelas eu dava estrela negativa, do quer pegar seu dinheiro e fazer o serviço de qualquer maneira com deboche.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço desonesto, comprei um par de alto falante 6 polegadas da jbl, instalaram o produto com defeito sem aviso prévio, só fui perceber o defeito quando já tinha saído da loja com o pagamento já efetuado,, voltei na loja na segunda para pedir o reembolso mas Não fizeram alegando que não tinha como, agr vou ter que entra com um processo na justiça para receber meu dinheiro de volta!!!
CUIDADO AO FAZER ALGUM TIPO DE SERVIÇO NESSE ESTABELECIMENTO SEMPRE PRESTE ATENÇÃO NO PRUDUTO QUE ESTA COMPRANDO PARA NÃO SAIR LESADO QUE NEM EU!!!
Dishonest service, I bought a pair of 6-inch speakers from jbl, they installed the defective product without notice, I only noticed the defect when I had already left the store with payment already made, I went back to the store on Monday to ask for a refund but they didn't do it alleging that there was no way, agr I'll have to file a lawsuit to get my money back!!!
BE CAREFUL WHEN PERFORMING ANY TYPE OF SERVICE IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT, ALWAYS PAY ATTENTION TO THE PRODUCT YOU ARE BUYING SO THAT YOU DON'T GET INJURED LIKE ME!!!
