★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender foram ótimos, porém tive um problema com a bateria poucos dias após a venda de um carro e fui informado que deveria ver o valor e informá-los para receber o reembolso. Por isso comprei a bateria e para minha surpresa fiquei sabendo que deveria ter repassado orçamentos e aguardar, sendo que a loja fica a mais de 100km da minha casa e não poderia ficar sem o carro. Por fim só me pagaram 50% do valor da bateria. Pós venda = péssimo, infelizmente acabou com a boa experiência anterior.
At the time of selling they were great, but I had a problem with the battery a few days after the sale of a car and I was informed that I should see the value and inform them to receive the refund. That's why I bought the battery and to my surprise I found out that I should have passed quotes and wait, since the store is more than 100km from my house and I couldn't do without the car. Finally they only paid me 50% of the battery value. After sales = terrible, unfortunately it ended the previous good experience.
