Venho através deste chamar a atenção do gerente do posto.
Participei de uma promoção da shell onde os brindes eram 1 relogio e 1 fone de ouvido.
Selecinei o posto para retirada do produto.
O produto chegou mas a retirada não foi feita pois o pessoal do atendimento informou que a promoção já tinha acabado.!!
Preciso de um retorno espero!!

I come through this to call the attention of the post manager.
I participated in a promotion of the shell where the gifts were 1 watch and 1 headset.
I selected the post to remove the product.
The product arrived but the withdrawal was not made because the service staff informed that the promotion was over. !!
I need a return I hope !!
