★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na minha opinião o maior ponto positivo é o estacionamento, as máquinas de cardio (principalmente a zero runner), por ser um ambiente refrigerado e muito bem localizado.
In my opinion, the biggest positive point is the parking lot, the cardio machines (especially the zero runner), as it is a cool and very well located environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo era perfeita, mas com a migração da maioria dos alunos da antiga hi para lá, os equipamentos começaram a ficarem poucos e está e muito lotada. Há apenas uma instrutora para essa demanda. Apesar de ser competente, so e uma. Na migração maus hábitos de alguns alunos tb vieram como não limpar os aparelhos após o uso, ficarem sem máscara e ficarem parados ou batendo papo nas máquinas que agora são poucas para esta nova demanda . Alguns personais ficam segurando as maquinas para os seus clientes monopolizando os aparelhos. No mais adoro a academia. Um show de atendimento das recepcionistas e dos instrutores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia tem uma boa estrutura, equipamentos novos, temperatura agradável e a academia é limpa.
Apesar desses pontos positivos, a academia deixa a desejar em muitos aspectos. Seguindo a mesma linha que qualquer academia de rede, os planos são caros, além de diversas taxas cobradas ao inicia ou cancelar o mesmo. Pouca variedade de equipamentos, estando disposto somente o maquinário básico, ou seja, para quem realmente gosta de musculação e é apaixonado por variedade nos estímulos musculares, há uma carência em equipamentos com biomecânica diferentes que irão ajudar na evolução do físico, (principalmente ao suporte de atletas), sendo necessário muitas das vezes improvisar um exercício. Enorme quantidades de esteiras, as quais as vezes dão um leve choque quando não se faz o exercícios com o mão apoiada a todo momento no contador de batimentos cardíacos.
Além disso, ao haver uma quebra de equipamento, a empresa demora muito tempo a consertar, em certas ocasiões levando mais de uma semana para fazer o reparo, prejudicando assim os clientes que precisam esperar filas para utilização dos que estão disponíveis. Atualmente a unidade tem ficado bem cheia pela manhã e a partir das 16h, tão cheia que pode acrescentar alguns minutos a mais no tempo de treino por precisar aguardar alguém liberar a máquina, além da demora do suporte dos professores devido a grande quantidade de alunos para poucos funcionários.
A rede de academias selfit visa o lucro e não a evolução e total bem estar de seus clientes. Tudo isso se repete em qualquer unidade pelo país.

The network of selfit gyms aims at profit and not at the evolution and total well being of its customers. All this is repeated in any unit across the country.

O padrão de qualidade Selfit de sempre: área ampla; varios armários e guarda-volumes; espaço para aulas de aeróbica, dança, etc; plenamente climatizada, inclusiva na área dos banheiros. Esta unidade, especificamente, conta com venda de suplementos e tem um vestiário enorme no primeiro andar. Além disso, ao lado dos bebedouros há uma pia exclusiva para lavar as shakeiras e uma daquelas balanças de bioimpedância à disposição. Geralmente está cheia no fim da tarde e início da noite. Localização muito boa, próxima à praia e ao Shopping Recife.
Brand new gym with covered parking, which is a rarity in Recife. The usual Selfit quality standard: wide area; several cupboards and lockers; space for aerobics classes, dance, etc; fully air-conditioned, including the bathroom area. This unit, specifically, sells supplements and has a huge dressing room on the first floor. In addition, next to the drinking fountains there is an exclusive sink to wash the shakers and one of those bioimpedance scales available. It is usually full in the late afternoon and early evening. Very good location, close to the beach and Shopping Recife.
