★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo para quem quer fazer crossfit. Em primeiro lugar, a academia não é credenciada para usar o nome crossfit e talvez por isso eles façam as coisas com pouca atenção com os alunos.
No meu treino experimental tive que fazer a aula com os demais alunos que já praticavam a mais de 6 meses no mínimo. Ao tentar fazer um exercício plantando bananeira, algo inimaginável para alguém que vai fazer uma aula experimental, lesionei a coluna e tive que ficar 7 dias sem fazer exercícios físicos.
I don't recommend it to anyone who wants to do crossfit. Firstly, the academy is not accredited to use the name crossfit and maybe that's why they do things with little attention to the students.
In my experimental training I had to do the class with the other students who had been practicing for at least 6 months. When trying to do a banana plantation exercise, something unimaginable for someone who is going to do an experimental class, I injured my spine and had to go for 7 days without physical exercise.

Beautiful environment, pleasant, relaxed. Dedicated, attentive and over-qualified teachers. The store is wonderful, top, and the snacks and beautiful presentation, eating with the eyes (lol) are delicious and very nutritious. Love the UpCross !!
